For abatement of suicide his sister should be arrested for changing the prescription of psychiatric drugs without taking the patient to doctor. A depression patient is considered as an emergency case. His sisters also lied about his depression and drug addiction too.

Looks like people who were talking about how fed up they are with this case are still taking quite a keen interest in it.Why do you care what people do?

I dont know what the agencies statements are. Dear said by someone who said Rhea was in custody for CBD oil. You have the audacity to tell me that I dont know what the agencies are saying. Obviously know one can tell if she was force feeding him drugs unless they were peeping in their windows 24-7. But her being part of a drug syndicate is a huge lie caught in her interview where she said only Sushant was involved with drugs. Didn't the court state that Rhea is not part of any Drug syndicate. Also she's been charged under the Section 27A of the NDPS act of Harboring a Criminal, that criminal is SSR.

Second: why was it declared suicide with in few minutes even before post mortem. This is only one question. There is no death time in post mortem report. With so many drugs available I still wonder why rich celebrities will choose a painful death like hanging? They can just overdose themselves with narcotics. I believe silk Smitha was also killed.

What is with those multiple ambulances in hospital? These are the unanswered questions that making me believe it’s all fishy. I watch lot of forensic files ..based on viscera you can only say whether a person is toxicated or not. As there is no body you can neither conclude homicide nor suicide. Based on photographs ..there is no way that mark is formed by that green pyjama.

For many people just like me , the circumstantial evidence looks more like homicide. When there is such a strong doubt and with so much corruption and power misuse in India...it is very easy to buy or silence witnesses and truth.

So I have my own reasons to believe that state Govt has hand in this...motive will be known only when probe happens properly without political influence.

Let me ask you two simple questions.

1)Why will SSR have paid all dues before this incident happened?

2) If Meetu had these pics with those marks, why did the family wait for a month before filing a FIR? Again, not as a murder but an abetment to suicide. If online fans and media forensic experts can see through the same pics and conclude murder, why would they still not file for murder?

Mostly everything in your post has been answered by the concered authorities, if you bothered looking.

#1 It wasn't declared a suicide. It was being investigated as a suicide and thats on the family. 300 suicides are committed every day in India. No Police Force has the time or the resources to investigate each death as homicide. Which is why the Indian Penal Code states that all cases of death by hanging be investigated as a suicide unless the family/friends/cohabiters raise suspicion of foul play. The family didn't. The Mumbai police still didn't close the case as suicide but kept looking which says a lot.

#2 Are you suggesting "the crime scene" should be sealed forever? The crime scene is unsealed within 48 hrs in Suicide cases and a week max in murder cases. The Detectives & Forensic department have collected everything they need, nothing new is coming out. The landlord had to clean and repaint it to lease it out again.

#3 Cooper Hospital is the assigned hospital for Bandra. They have no choice but to take the body there.

#4 Pithani has said he deleted those hard disks himself on Sushants behest. They're not missing.

#5 You don't necessarily need the Body to come to a conclusion. These people are the best forensic scientists in the country. I'm sure they have 10s of ways to reach a conclusion.

Mostly everything is based on lies and misinformation. If Sushant was concerned for his life, why didn't Mitu Singh bring that up. Why did the family register Abetment to Suicide? Its CLEARLY just lies spread by Smita Parikh.

What i find bewildering is how people can still peddle these trashy theories after truth has emerged, the family proven a liar & not 1 ounce of solid proof against Rhea. At some point you have to wake up and smell the coffee.

It was discussed here on the forum. Put some effort yourself.

Now his life has been openly exposed, most people cannot accept the fact he was suffering from depression. He could not get help this the reason he was doing drugs. His death opened up the entire drug syndicate in this country.

People who are doing mass protest for actor in the corona virus period are most useless people in this country. Why are you increasing the spread of this disease in this country? These people should be made to help their families to manage home. If they understood real responsibilities in life, they would not have time to waste behind such pursuits.
