Apna Time Bhi Aayega features Anushka Sen as Rani and Fahmaan Khan as Kabir in the lead roles, and narrates an interesting story about the class bias that exists.

Apna Time Bhi Aayega is the story of a young, ambitious girl, Rani (Anushka Sen) who has dreams as big as the world. While she will make an attempt to do it, the class bias is what will follow her everywhere, for she is the daughter of a servant to a huge family, but her bauji (Pratish Vora) has never stopped her from dreaming big. Ever since she was a young girl, he has told her that 'Apna time bhi ayega' which loosely translates to our time shall also come, and that is what the story is about.

As the first episode begins, we see Rani being criticized by an elderly lady for not waking up on time, not doing household chores, among other things, but she is unaffected and knows what she is up to. As she wakes up, she rushes to her phone with her eyes closed, for she makes sure to see her father first thing in the morning, even if it is through a screen. When she realizes that the phone network is down, she goes on to fix up the pole and for that, she climbs up the utility pole while spectators look at her.

Just when she is about to fall, someone asks her to not forget her 'aukaat' and that, acts as a trigger and so, she does it and solves the network issue after all. A little atypical, but the emotion is what counts here. Meanwhile, she discovers that her father, who is away in a different city, won't be coming home this month as well and that, spoils her mood, for she has managed to secure a loan to get her father a shop, after having worked so hard all this while. She decides to go meet him in person and that is when she encounters Dr. Kabir (Fahmaan Khan) and that, is what doesn't go down well.

While the two seem to get into a tussle of sorts as she was about to meet with an accident because of his car, things escalate quickly when she discovers that she has hurt herself and faints. Not having a lot of options left, Kabir decides to take her home and that sure is going to turn out to be quite the blunder. Meanwhile, we also get a glimpse of his mother, Rajeshwari Rajawat (Tannaz Irani), who is the typical staunch matriarch of the family, and from the looks of it, does not believe in sparing anyone.

For the first episode, the viewers are given just about enough information on all the characters and manages to keep us entertained while keeping us informed. Over the due course of the episode, Apna Time Bhi Aayega touches upon all the various topics that it will explore during the episodes ahead, and it does not feel like a drag while doing so. While we understand the equations that are likely to follow, the most interesting aspect about the show is the class barrier that it brings into focus, and if it manages to stick to that, the show is likely to go a long way.

Talk about the performances, Anushka and Pratish have managed to ace the dialect that they have taken upon and it isn't for once, that it feels forced. In fact, if anything, the flow comes rather naturally, and the family members too, have played a fair role. Even though not many will connect to what we see, we will relate to it, for it is the reality of so many. Fahmaan is seen for only a few minutes, but he has a powerful screen presence and his angry young man avatar falls right into place given the storyline. Meanwhile, Tannaz seems to be yet another sweet surprise to the show, but it is with time, that one can speak more on that front as to how does that go down with the viewers.

All in all, for a first episode, the show manages to leave you impressed and also thinking about all that there is, wanting to know more about what is in store. The show has the right premise to showcase the story that it sets out to narrate and if it sticks to that, it is a successful attempt at talking about the issues it raises, among other things.

LOL Helly Shah plays the character called TALLI😆....they will show the childhood version of Talli about a month before the leap as a girl in Kesar's school.....she becomes "best friends" with Kesar and then the grown up version is played by Helly after the leap😆. Long story short, she falls in love with Kesar and starts dreaming of marrying him....Gulaal also keeps fueling this idea😆. Phir Kesar sabki band bajaata hai when he finds out people are making plans on his behalf🤣

Is she really named Talli ( as in drunk🤣) Bechari ke naam mein hi comedy hai.

Baaki I'll let you watch and enjoy it😆.....Talli ka character bahut troll hota tha forum mein cuz she used to be quite dumb about many things😆

I was thinking of forwarding her scenes, but now I have to watch it for entertainment purposes😆

Oh one other quick note....Talli eventually gets adopted by Sudha and starts living in that house as a sort of adopted daughter.....she shares a close relationship with Gulaal too - kind of a mix of saheli and badi behen.

Oh wow ! This show does have interwoven characters and adds to the complex nature of the story.

I downloaded dailymotion on my firetv stick and just searched episodes either number wise or month wise. Initial episodes were difficult to search as it did not come up with numbers and the most irritating part is its in 4 parts😳 But I got hooked to the show and it is worth the effort:)

Oh btw this looks kinda fun for a change a light mood thing and like at the bada bada from the writer of ZGH well she has written a lot of digest wala crap too so🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤭

But the amma in this looks fun esp the end part the anushka Sharma wala punch that was hilarious

The sad part is apparently these shows algae been disowned by silly pakistani media caz they are sold to zero which is soo disappoint if they did it with chudails which was seriously the best thing I have seen from.pakistan in longest while very bold and dark but actually empowering women or woh toh log jhel nahi sakte lol that show had some solid writing and characters but it became way too deep and dark too quick like.at one point I was shuddering and going bas I am better ignorant and mujhe nahi janana asap main kya ho raha hai in these rich circles it was actually scary scary to think all that exists but obviously nobody talks so there is this shiny gloss on top to give a good picture.

@ay oh another thing that I find super amusing is now every show on every channel does that preview thing and kuch ghante /samay pehle🤣 another trend IB started it used to do my dimaag ji dahi everytime while binge watching and I used to be hain oh8r aadat ho gayi and ab her show is doing the earlier YHC episode I posted they had done that too so star is doing that for every show and now this apna time aayega show started with that too🤣🤣 oh boy IB really kinda gave them so many new thing and kinda renewed the dying TV industry by breaking the clutter in so many ways and these cirkuts have made them the new funda now be it the arranging clothing the sets this kuch samay pehle or getting shivaay ke clones in terms of styling and looks as heroes colors pe literally every other dude tries to look like him but they suck esp woh 2 new show ke heroes pinjra wala and IMM2 but nobody can be shivaay singh oberoi woh class kahan se laoge anika ki zabaan main copycats 🤣

LOL I know her name sounds funny....but it's actually pronounced with the soft 't' sound.....like you'd pronounce "taali". It's still a hilarious name though....unique toh tha😆

@ chrails it is mindblowong and amazing effort and damn good writing but yes it got too dark too soon and ot came without warning I'd still say keep going caz the show was really good but walk with caution there is this under the radar scenario of how these rich people and politicians hold parties where girls who want to come.to.entertianment industry are exploited it gets to a point where I was like OMG stop I had to pause but honestly it isn't far fetched with how they are numbered and sold and told.to keep quiete the esxort industry on another level.again being a Pakistani I am proud of the product they put up but bruh I was like main thodi ignorant hi achi thi the sad part is it is true the Pakistan I see on network is poles apart I see when I visit in a good and bad way. Honestly something have advanced so much that despite living here for a huge chunk and seeing basically everything it makes me go in shock😲😲 and then somethings are so backwards so like no balance ya toh kuch zyada hi ya ek dum pichda but chudails is darn good I actually enjoyed it a hell lot despite it getting real dark I think it is in epi 7 when that boxer girl decides to go undercover. Oh my fav character was her boyfriend what a goals wala boy though he was so suljha hua so supportive so forward thinking yet so soft and awwww you will know why he was the only male character i liked oh also woh wedding planner ka assistant such good men. It was nice to see then show the contrast esp in the society wise that these men because they do lower income jobs are taken as creeps and girls don't give bhai but it is the rich ones that are the bigger problem the rich circle omg. And in ladies I liked the one who killed her husband with the press iron wohoooo

Right off the bat that "kuch samay pehle" thing gave me that deja vu....but now you're saying it's in every show toh I guess it's not just this one😆

Girl ke character ki chappal keeps tootoing and she picks it up to fix it.....bas iski chappal Anika ki tarhaan colorful nahin hai....woh typical hawaai chappal hai😆

Mujhe toh kaafi standard Gul show vibes aa rahe the first epi se and I had to check the credits to see PH kaunsa hai😆....but no, it's some Ved Raj ka PH.

Baaki deja vu is from the class difference angle....wohi thoda similarity hai of the poor girl being like why hold my background against me, I can be whatever I want....LOL@ Randeep being a doctor now😆....ok I need to call him by his name.....I guess his character is named Kabir in this show....but he did good in his scene....character is strict fact spouting types and thoda woh language clash bhi lagta hai iska and girl ka even though she's clever in math but I think usko English fully nahin samajh aati.....baaki the girl fainted at the sight of her own blood toh that was a random end to that scene😆

Last scene mein Tanaaz ke Rani sa character ne kursi jalaa di🤣

Anyways, overall decent epi....deffo WAY better than the Neil show ka first epi where I could barely focus....lol .....yahaan the girl acted decently....woh Bhojpuri dialect hai phir se and Mata Rani waale dialogues....lol but she's so far pulling it off ok....I'm not put off for now.

Rofl i just started and laughed at her chappal tooting too 🤣 it is just wayyy too much similarity even the decor in the chawl woh jo pankhe /jhandiyan se latke thay reminded me of IB too🤣 also dr kabir and skidding car uske samne yeh bandi🤣

But yeah decent lag raha hai am only at the part where she is trying to climb the pole but had to come to make the chappal point rofl I also felt ke gul ka hi hai instantly and was trying to find out kaun hai. Who knows she might be ghost producing this now caz har ceheez main itna similarity is a bit uncanny
