Exactly! Kavya can’t brook the thought of Anupama getting any importance at all. She saw Anupama getting chewed out by all and was ready to stand in for Anupama at Paakhi’s school and as Toshu’s mom when Rakhi came visiting the first time around. But now she has realized that Anupama does command some position at home and Kavya, jealous freak that she is, can’t stand even that little bit of attention and wants to snatch it away.

Anyway coming to the point, Kavya is like throwing herself into the fire. She knows being a well educated woman, the marriage is illegal, still she wants this relationship to be given a name. Then why not earlier? Even in Bengali version I guess, the pair got married after the divorce, not such childish act. And moreover where is Anirudh?

He was jumping so much to disclose the truth of affair and now he's vanished totally.

I am wondering too where Anirudh disappeared to... in the Marathi version, he shows up at the temple when Kavya is left standing without a groom to wed.

Kavya has a case of fatal attraction these days. She told Vanraj he can’t tell her what to do. Yet she tells him he must marry her or else. He’s behaving like a hormonal teenager ready to lie and run to wed his paramour at a temple of all places. Toshu showed the same desperation to marry Kinjal. Like father like son. The man’s moral compass is broken.

Will Toshu have any respect for his Dad when he comes to realize he blatantly lied to his face about the affair with Kavya being in the past.

Vain Vanraj is self obsessed and is willing to put his family’’s future on the line. Anupama should just toss him aside whether he actually weds Kavya or not. She’s got a crazy woman obsessed with having her husband. She should dump her sorry excuse for a husband and move on. Let the Shahs pick up the pieces.
