Finally the Fever breaks

Well well well😆.....justice finally gets served.....but the cost has been immense on many levels.

Suman remained on her ego trip till the very end....I was aghast to see her being so callous about Devraj's health and mocking Shravan and the Malhotras for supposedly lying even then....I guess they had to show her hitting rock bottom.

In her mind, this case had built up to a fever pitch in the 7 years that Suman pursued it. Today, we also learnt that Devraj was only guilty of negligence and he had already served 3 years in jail for it.....but SUMAN is the one who pursued the additional treason charge since....even after the Army cleared him.

All of this just came full circle in the last bit when Shravan (my god, this boy still managed to be a class act till the end) reminds her of her own line about "justice delayed being justice denied".....she spent so long labeling Devraj a traitor that now even after being cleared after 7 long years, Devraj has suffered so much, there is no bringing back that loss.

Shravan gets even more brownie points for managing to show Suman a mirror both about the cost of her ego trip in terms of the lives of the Malhotras, as well as reminding her what Vijay meant to him.....the fact that she was so blinded that she didn't get any of that....what can one even say.

The precap is hilarious to me....all it took was the resolution of the case for the fever to break and for Suman's brain to start working again😆.....now she's suddenly seeing sincerity in Shravan's eyes again and finding him sincere when he talks about her father. Wow, Suman...it only took 7 years *slow claps*....you really deserve a medal for this, Capt. Tiwari👏😆.

Shravan sees her crying and will likely feel torn about wanting to console her....but the path back won't be easy. Suman has a lot more realizing to go through about the cost of her blunders. She can start by atleast attempting to sincerely apologize. lol baaki toh they will continue to struggle with their feelings I guess.

I swear it felt like she was about to deny the truth again lol I wonder how long it will take before she humbles herself and apologizes to him and his family lol If kancha also flips lol

Im glad they didnt make it all not being devrajs fault him being the boss of the company he was liable but going to jail for 3 years he did his time served who knows maybe if the case was solved right away he could have gotten away with a fine or something lol

So weird he uncle didnt come with her lol is this quest for justice only sumans lol also where is daddu lol should they make missing posters now lol I feel its unfair he didnt get the shock of seeing shravan as a captain lol shravan deserved that take that oldie moment lol

Hopefully they start to get some closure after the case. Also suman needs some closure over vijays death its like she clung on to this case as a coping mechanism lol

Now i wonder will they use her dead mom news to shock shravan lol and also this vik angle lol man he really loves shravan as his new friend lol poor fool has no idea those two ppl he really cares for are hiding a major secret from him lol I hope they dont make him the victim here of suvans duplicitous ways lol

Lets see how they proceed now the major case is over now its time to start healing added with 3rd and 4th angle blahness lol

I liked that Shravan answered back in her own words about being helpless as a child and getting justice ASAP. She got her answer in her own words. Ego crushed in one episode.

Will now Suman become sane enough to realize that she broke Shravan's heart and their for all wrong reasons? Will she realize that Shravan is not responsible for her 7 years of sufferings but it's actually the other way around? She needs a true friend around her who can knock some sense in her and not Kancha who keeps on instigating her against Shravan

@ Bold --- I have to tell you that I LOVED this too about today's episode. I am really amazed at the way MK is playing these intense scenes.....

I just wrote on the other thread: I think like any mature guy -- Shravan will want the best for Sumo - but that will probably, to him , mean "NOT ME!" :) --- he will maybe encourage /help Vikram, who is now his buddy! I think Sumo has a Looooong way to go to think about her ego trip, harsh words and the consequence of her actions!! And then she has a loooooonger way to go to get Shravan's Trust back & then revive that hurt love!

Now I am hoping to see --- Sumo, comon --- get back on track !!! And Shravan -- let her fight FOR you for a change and not with you! Hope they can now move from SNAP at each other dialogues to the more MATURE track we saw today.....

LOL that Chacha seems more interested in managing his own life and business than pursuing this case.....it was clearly Suman who was pursuing it so aggressively all these years. Daddu is also MIA and I find it hilarious that he only turns up in FBs to show how he radicalized Sumo with that one random accusation blaming Devraj.

Yes, Suman does need closure over Vijay's death....she needs to grieve properly. 7 years have been wasted in anger and revenge instead of savoring her father's memories. But this dam needed to break for the emotions to flow properly again.....the precap seems to indicate that only as we see a Sumo crying khul ke after a long time.

Re: dead mom....lol not to be callous but she really seems non-existent in this story....Shravan anyways is large hearted enough to sympathize with Sumo's pain as a daughter regarding Vijay only...not sure if the Mom news will make any difference.

The lawyer angle is still cringey to me....dude is too delusional and his OTT hugs to Shravan were still making me roll my eyes.

I liked that too....he responded in a calm manner rather than crowing about winning the case. Suman's ego and arrogance was just breathtaking on many levels.....even after all that she had done, she was condescendingly talking to Shravan like she alone knows what justice is.

So ultimately Karma had to humble her by giving her this defeat. Shravan simply showed her a mirror about how it feels to be helpless in that way.
