I have read few books on this thought. Both were angels . They got a shrrap like they will love but will never meet. So in each birth they were meeting ,loving and then separated and died.But they knew that one day will come when they meet and be together and it happened in the modern world. Their love surpassed the shraap.

How nice it will be. Each part will show different centuries. So much scope for Karan and for us too.
