Here Is The Update For 31st March, 2 0 0 8, L R L Episode.
Episode begins with the usual Recaps :-
Well scene is with the Major And The Two Male Cadets.
Major Vaibhavi continues her tirade towards them and addresses Peter and says that he has been known to behave badly and hurl taunts, and addressing Markhand, she says she is disappointed with him as he had shown excellent team spirit in the past. Markhand tries to say something but the Major overrides him.
Out somewhere in the Jungle Gunny are disappointed that trap laid out went waste as the hunted did not come out in the open. In the flashback it is shown that the Orderly Raghu and his Man had received a Dart Arrow with a note stuck to it. The arrow is had been shot at a tree. And Raghu is bit Surprised every news is known before it is takes place, in this case the trap laid out by Abhimanyu.
Gunny and Abhimanyu are disappointed and they do a small tracking but to a dead end. They are also confident they could catch and trap Eagle or some of his associates in the near future.
Scene shifts to the Cadets and the Major. Major then charges the Cadets with being rude to a fellow Cadet, weakening the Army by isolating one of its Soldiers, in this case, a cadet, and further being rude and incapable of taking care of a fellow soldier, colleague.
Major Vaibhavi raises her left hand to signal the punishment, a cold shower on a very cold night. Two orderlies bring out the hose pipe, I take it to be three or four inches in Diameter.
And Peter, Markhand are given the cold, forceful shower. They writhe in discomfort. This goes on for a while and at the end of it, Major calls out to the cadets to stand at attention. They do so with great difficulty.
As the Major turns to leave, Sameera had come over behind the Major, who leaves.
Sameera rushes over and does the needful. Gets blankets, towels, what ever useful and also starts a bonfire. By this time Vidya and Purvi had joined the three.
Markhand expresses regret and Sameera takes every thing in her stride, and to Peter she says, that he must have had lived all his life in an army base and had to face a hard life and taunts from superior's children and this must be the reason for his bad behaviour, Peter nods his head in the affirmative.
While this is on, they notice a person going towards the building, it is Akrithi and Markhand looks interested, but Peter nudges.
Purvi calls out to Akrithi, who tries to ignore but when the calls do not stop she is forced to move over to the place the others are. And once more the Romeo in Markhand is awakened at her present attire, as are Purvi and Vidya, after the bit rough Akrithi talk, she is up dated on Sameera's help to the boys, and that she has won the trust and confidence of Vidya, and company. Akrithi is unimpressed and says to win her trust and confidence, Sameera needs to do more. Purvi asks Akrithi to end it.
Markhand then asks Peter to tender an apology, which Peter does, in a low voice, and is asked to say it in a louder voice.
Naturally talk shifts to the drill and training methods, which the cadets lack confidents, even Akrithi sounds low on that count.
Doc Shalini arrives on the scene to a very warm welcome and says she just arrived, to a question, and that she is here on Major Vaibhavi's instructions to check on the boys and also that Major is not happy about punishing them. She does a quick check.
In the meantime Rummy had joined the group from no where.
Doc Shalini then continues the conversation and slowly instills confidence in them, without making it obvious.
When Akrithi says she could jump over fire to do stunts but not these training methods which are meant for commandos. Vidya too says that they are not meant to be commandos nor do they want to be trained for that. Doc Shalini asks Purvi whenever an offer for a big show comes along and she is not meant or trained what would be her reaction. Purvi says that she would take the offer as a challenge and prepare for it.
Doc Shalini then says just for a day to do the training and go back to the K M A training base after successfully completing the present training and assignment.
Rummy and Gunny are jogging, and even jump over few bench like structures, as hurdles. Once more Rummy challenges and offers Rs 400, and is sounding confident, but Gunny dissuades him, still Rummy persists. Gunny accepts but Rummy is taken by surprise when Gunny changed the task.
Rummy has to get hard boiled eggs for Gunny's breakfast at 7.30 A M. Gunny moves on.
Rummy goes back to his card trick, out comes king of clubs. Rummy smile with confidence that he would accomplish the mission.
At the mess hall A newspaper reading Gunny is served eggs, by a happy Rummy. With one look at it, tells Rummy to pay up. Rummy is surprised and is asked by Gunny to peal off the outer shell of the eggs. Well out comes the yolk from one of the eggs.
Rummy says he has no money and Gunny says that it is not his problem and at the end of it all Rummy pays up.
Scene shifts to the drill area and the Cadets are assembled and Sameera is conveying few tips to Purvi as to how to handle greased handle bar, she had seen the training method some where. Akrithi, with a scorned look tries to get Purvi away but Purvi goes closer to Sameera to put an arm on Sameera's shoulders, so does Vidya with a wink.
At this moment in time, Gunny arrives and Vidya's look go soft, and Gunny, Vidya exchanged a close tender look.
S Burman starts the training with his sarcastic talk and also makes known the challenge. Meanwhile Major Vaibhavi had joined in, standing near S Burman.
Challenge is that training should be completed successfully. If not the whole batch along with the faculty joins S Burman in painting the town Red. Wearing the clothes of his choice.
Major Vaibhavi is confident above the outcome and that they would never have to join Burman on his expedition.
Vidya begins the run, with the rifle held high and onto the double tired course. She clears the first and second but loses balance, but still in control.
Encouragement from Vidya's team and Abhimanyu and Gunny in the form of few encouraging words.
S Burman, sarcastic as ever says, not even first row and begins a count down. Ten, nine …….. comes down to two ….,
