I truly believe the likes of Arnab and Bollywood are just made for each other. Two sides of the same bloody coin. The only difference is that Arnab doesn't pretend to be holier than thou. He is what he is khullam khulla.

This is complete and utter BS. Do you know the difference between Arnab and the people he attacks? He's supposed to be a newsman and give people the truth, which he doesn't. He is a bonafide liar and defames people regularly with no proof. On the other hand, BW is made up of entertainers and besides Kangana, nobody is out defaming anyone.

And Arnab is khullam khulla? Oh please. He spends everyday screaming about how ethical he is when he doesn't even know the meaning of ethics. All he's doing his hoodwinking dumb bhakts who like to hear him insulting and trashing everyone that has different beliefs from them.

stop name dropping and holding media trials for criminal cases ...without any evidence or proof...half the so called accused haven’t had anything come out of their investigations and were slandered mercilessly for no reason ...some were just starting their careers

I am very pleased with the news. This is a solid step and the best news is .. all the top prodn houses with virtually all the guilds have taken this step together .

We have had a circus running on news channels for the past 2/3 months and it had to stop ! Also some hindi news channels have done a lot of damage and they should be named too .

By all means make ur conclusions in ur head and act accordingly by boycotting them

Btw which of the ones called for questioning have has their investigations concluding anything? Who are the 8 out of the 10?

Honestly, this whole thing makes me think just one thing. “Abhi toh inhe aur zaleel hona hai”. Media wale are going to be on their backs 24/7 for ANY kind of dirt now. Media will bring everyone down with them. Think back to the demise of News of the World and the phone hacking scandal.😛

Our issues maybe several with Bollywood but NO WAY do the news media deserve to get off lightly. The damage they have done- pushing unverified news- is far greater. My father who hasnt seen a bollywood film since Dhoom 2 DOES watch the news because he is a concerned and well informed citizen- what sort of news was being given to him during this time? And why?

Anurag Kashyap is not who I turn to for my daily news. He is just an opinion giver. It is not even about personal bias creeping in- it is just about pushing BS by primetime news anchors!! BS that was unverified and ultimately disproven

I'm not missing any fact here. I'm just saying it's a stupid move on BW's part. They obviously have more to lose in this battle.

I'll be more than happy if there are genuine guidelines issued for regulating the behaviour of media houses. And it's not because of my concern for BW but because of the disastrous incidents which have happened in the past with no media person being held accountable(think someone already mentioned 26/11 and Delhi riots in a previous post).
