That man who filed PIL not appearing online during hearing that's court adjourned till next time..

Either he is threatened or he has personal problem who knw it .. atleast he need to inform court when he ll available or dismiss the PIL ..

Sunanda case

1) On 17 January 2014, a day after the Twitter controversy, Pushkar was found dead in hotel room

2) According to initial Postmortem reports, Pushkar was suspected to have committed suicide later reports stated that the cause of death was unnatural; the doctors at the AIIMS gave a preliminary autopsy report that revealed injury marks on her body. The autopsy indicated that she died of drug overdose, most likely a combination of sedatives, other strong medicines and probably alcohol.

3) On 1 July 2014, controversy over her death deepened when AIIMS Dr. Sudhir Gupta claimed that he was pressured to give a false report in the case

4) On 6 January 2015, Delhi Police reported that Sunanda was murdered and filed a FIR in this regard

5) On 20 May 2015, a trial court allowed police to conduct lie detector test on three suspects related to her death.

6) In May 2018, Tharoor was charged with abetment to suicide of his wife and marital cruelty under sections 306 and 498A of the Indian Penal Code. If convicted, Tharoor could serve up to 10 years in jail.

SSR case

1) 14 June 2020, Mumbai Police said its suicide

2) On 25 July, Rajput's family lodged a FIR with police in Patna where his father lives, accusing Rhea Chakraborty and five others of abetment of suicide.

3) On 19 August 2020 the SC allowed CBI

4) On 8 September, Rhea Chakraborty and her brother was arrested by the NCB in a drug case.

5) On 3 October, Dr. Sudhir Gupta of AIIMs said SSR death is a case of suicide.

NOW we should wait for court trials only,,,,

Like in Sunanda Pushkar case murder changed to Suicide, lets see

These people can go to any levels even plant people or threaten them , Also there was power outage in Mumbai , could video conferencing be possible then?

How this Sudhir Gupta is always in controversy. Seems to be perfect pet of high profile cases that are to be manipulated. Surprised his position is still intact.

His position is probably intact exactly for that reason. Sending positive thoughts to SSR's family. Once the public/news attention wanes is when it is going to get really, really difficult.

You see how they are gathering together? They know. They have been given the all clear signal that's why they are stepping up to open their mouths again. I heard about this campaign last week. 4-5 influencers have been roped in to spread the "findings of independent SM studies" to show that a few fake news tweets were responsible for creating chaos.

Money and might are the only things that work in India. It is foolish to even dream of justice.

And Witch hunt allegation - She was found guilty and was arrested, Media reported it. They are targeting Republic tv again as I read second article , Convivently Forgot Rhea damsel was first one to give interview in effort to tag Sushant as mentally ill and on medications. Attempt to call him Druggie was exposed and her chat were exposed - those Chats are Real n she got Arrested by NCB , So what Witch hunt ? Are they gone sue Republic - Also read in article about Witness who came on Republic to give testimony about Rhea -Sushant meeting on June13th - What can republic do in this,😲 they didn't ask her to say so n also it's not made up as CBI already interrogated her.

Whatever....as Maneshine said once Rhea is out on Bail, they will take action against whoever spoke against her...lol admitting 😉it themselves - that's called Witch hunting , All these PR bought Bolly Media n sold out media sections have been categorically told to ciruclate such PR article to Scare n discourage people - Suppressing Voice of common people is only gone cost them n their😈 Hara* earned rozi roti won't prosper them but will definitely earn them bad Karma generations forward.

Sometimes I feel what is happening currently is in term Justice being served. People had always this illusion about Bollywood , system , Court , agencies, it they fail to give Justice , they will earn disgrace all over the world. The way they are loathed and perceived right now by people is part of Justice. Exposed from head to toe , Can have tons of money n things, but ZERO Respect !

Right , he is been rewarded with stability of position, Maybe that's why he is placed there with even complaints against him and breaching rules of leaking report - No action is taken, they all are in this togather - I wonder what Dr. Swamy is doing, it is to be seen.

I think no matter what, Sushant family will always have public's support not from india but all over world. Everyone knows now it is Murder , Stamp from Authorities when people are aware they are corrupt won't deter the Facts which are in public domain to see.

But it's not over yet.Too soon to say so, this is Illusion of PR Campaign , their last retort, it is yet to see. Universe won't get them go that easy. I believe, let's hope.
