People on trial do have a right to anonymity. She could have asked for it. As silly as interviewing pizza wala is, he actually is not involved in the case at all, hence that does not apply to him, as he isn’t in any danger from anyone either.

When it’s already public and people were bashing her, what anonymity are you talking about? She was being blamed for his death even before the family lodged an FIR. The social media was already being used to abuse her.

Nowadays, the social media and these channels announce who is guilty. I don't think there is any need for police or courts anymore.

People are using social media to abuse Sushant’s family as well, so she doesn’t get to play that card 🤷🏽‍♀️

When a case is made public then yes things like that are said, it may not be right but it happens.

As long as no one is genuinely at risk of being harmed, or having legit fake stuff deliberately spread about them, no legal action can be taken.

Rhea and Showik’s messages that were exposed on TV were real, as were the photos of her with a certain film producer... if any evidence is actually fake/doctored then Rhea and co are free to tell us exactly what is fake and how...

And we are free to believe or not believe them after that!

You are free to believe what you want to. But I have rarely seen anyone abuse shweta or anyone even though she was asking for fake reviews. People may have called her out but didn’t see any abuse or vilification on line. It’s not even comparable.

Bechari how dare she face consequences for her action of being bought and sold to the Bollywood mafia and playing her part in the destruction of a man. Tragedy indeed! If only we lived in a world where anyone was allowed to quietly get away with crime.

Sometimes I wish I could do brain surgery on every Bollywood celebrity essentially and see what is fundamentally wrong with the way their brain functions.
