If they wanted her to fight her own battles, wars, yuddh etc... Why did they approach husband-wife in same season? Pehle khud hi kahani ghar ghar ki kholte hai, phir bolte hai sabko apna apna dekhna chahiye. If they support each other, they get 'dependable' title who can't survive without spouse. If they go against each other, it's 'rishton mein darar' for them.

He was trying to make her understand his point and what the other Housmates are trying to say because she'd then have a better perspective of the situation and thus form a better argument. Aise toh slightly disagreeing with someone isn't mocking. And they obviously have their own rapport. If Rubina felt like she was getting mocked she would have said something. To him, at least.

During their convo on the sofa, he said that he felt that Rubinas point was right but she needs to have awareness of the situation. What's wrong in that?

You are talking about their one on one session.

But when she was making her points in public, he was also mocking her in front of all. Then was laughing like a fool, then even participated in Shukla’s Rubina mocking jokes, by laughing with them. He’s spineless.

During their one on one convo, he did everything to make her believe that she was wrong and she should give up. He said, “Those seniors are dumb and they won’t understand her point, so she should give up” that was ridiculous. That should have been the reason for her to fight it out with them.

Rubina would find it out when and how to quit, but she would have definitely make the seniors sweat before that. They got involved upon overhearing things, clearly they were on the wrong side to act the way they did.

There’s a middle course, they can have that balance. The way Abhinav didn’t sacrifice his immunity for Rubina, the same way Abhinav should have allowed Rubina to fight her battle.

But as husband he could have listened to her and let her fight it out. If he thought she was on the right side, he could be supportive or just stay out of it, as he always does in case of others fighting.

I disagree and agree. I agree he shouldn't henceforth interrupt or second guess her infront of others, because somehow it gives them an opportunity to put her down.

This much is certain that the house in general likes him more than they like her. I don't think he wants to misguide her rather he is telling her to read the room and he was totally correct because no one was grateful for her intervention.

If it wasn't for Rubina, I can assure you Shukla would have been hunky dory with Abhinav. From the time the guy entered the house Shukla was more than happy to see him until Rubina and him interacted. Abhinav at every step of the way has stood for her and their relationship.

That has been the problem; Abhinav tried to stand with her when it wasn’t necessary, but he didn’t stand when it was necessary. Allowing Rubina to enter the house was necessary but he played his game to look independent. But when Rubina is fighting on valid ground, instead of being on her side, he persuaded her to accept defeat. What’s right and wrong mudda in BB? People fight world war on a piece of Paratha here and get adequate support too. While Rubina had a legitimate cause. That deserved discussion bcoz it wasn’t discussed with her. Why would she go by what the other people say? So what it was discussed before? She wasn’t there and she had the right to raise the issue and discuss.

Abhinav is selfish. May be he didn’t want Rubina to look bad, but his focus was his own game. He tried to improve his game & in the process damaged her, willingly or unwillingly.

Rubina is a colors bahu, she’s sure shot top 2! She’s on a high horse, why should she care about what anyone else thinks. She knows that the seniors are not more famous than her and hence she doesn’t lick their boots. Rubina believes in “my way or highway” coz she knows she can afford it coz of her soap opera fanbase. Her husband is not half as popular, hence he’s careful and does a bit of boot licking to survive. Also, he’s more clear headed than her and hence tries to keep her in check when he feels she’s stretching things too thin.

Bottomline: I don’t think Abhinav is in anyway misguiding her!

May be unintentionally then. Bcoz he clearly did misguide in this occasion.

I don't think Abhinav was misguiding Rubina. In fact he was trying to help her in his own way. He's her husband and cares for her.

I agree with you on this. I don't think he is spoiling it. He looks sensible. He kind of understands how people can make it difficult. So, he was trying to make her calm I feel

That was a misguided care then. In reality Abhinav played his game.

In bigg boss you don’t stop your friend from arguments, you take his/side to make her/him strong. Be it on Paratha or chatni.. 😆

She was on a much better level of argument. What’s the care that pushes you to accept defeat? Should the caring one care for victory or defeat?

Your are right as well. He could have just left her to fight alone..

I just felt, it's just first week. So, looks like he first wants to figure out. He seems to be a kind of person who thinks silently & then acts. Rubina acts instantly. Both are correct in their own way.

But, again, if he supports Rubina, others would say, bcz they are partners, they always influence eachother.

One more thing is, I liked that he didn't give up his immunity for her. It looked like they decided, they wouldn't act on such dilemma.

From the promo, looks like, this season Abhinav & Rubina would be a target.
