Yes, because he knew Vishal's intentions.. That's the whole point.. Vishal used to look for maukas to get physically close to Sana.. he used to kiss her without any reason.. it happened many times.. when guest week was going on.. captaincy task.. and a couple of times more.. he knew Vishal liked Sana.. he had seen it.. which is why he was angry when Sana let him be close

Replace the guys in BB with someone else and I can guarantee Sid wouldn't make a big issue of it.. he is not that narrow minded

I really appreciate him a lot that he didnt react after GG thing... Though I am sure usse bhi bura toh laga hoga todha toh... But that day my respect for him increased many folds. Kyunki sab ko maukka chahiye tha.
