Yes but Teer isn't innocent either he attack Bani first and both were equally fighting and having a battle so if Teer is innocent and Bani kill him I don't see any reasons for her powers to get reduced because it's not like she attack him first. But Pandit was a normal and innocent man who Jay attack and kill so his power getting reduced is justified but neither Naageshwari and Bani deserves to get cursed since the other party attack first.
