If Bollywood adapts The Office?

Whom do you guys think can pull of the characters?

no one can pull off Michael. The character is so iconic its impossible to enact him with perfection like Steve Carell.

I don't think you've seen the embarrassing Indian version on Hotstar.

The Office US and UK had fresh faces primarily. In the US version every character was quirky and interesting. The actors breathed life into the characters, in fact you'd feel that they were real life people, and not in a show.

Bollywood would ruin it by trying to cast stars.

No one. It's not even about actors pulling off the characters. The characters are so different it would be nearly impossible to even translate them and hold to each character's essence.

No I didn't.

Office made me leave tmkoc for sometime. It's brilliant. IMO Pam is very generic any sati Savitri can play that role

Steve played Michael so well. Others might either look utter fool or creeps. He was such a baby.

Never saw indian version. I used to relate with Jim & Pam until they started dating 🤣. Till then their expressions were so precious

Initially Pam seems generic (the quintessential receptionist) but as the episodes progress u realise the layers to her.

Jenna Fischer was brilliant. Pam was supposed to be this quiet girl who had an overbearing, toxic, controlling fiancee but she had a fun side to her which only Jim knew...later she grew, became more outspoken and strong.

Jenna's eyes did all the talking. Esp two scenes when Michael is the only one who comes to her art exhibition and when Jim asks her out in front of the camera crew...that smile was so precious ❤️
