They are evil but stupid and that is the only thing even partly saving India. If they were evil and effective, we would have much bigger problems.

How do you know? Just because they aren’t making it to the news? Its the only powerful and influential who both make it to the news and also escape from getting investigated. The common man has no such luxuries.
