Anu groaned as her dreams grew wings and floated up nearthe fountain

“How was your event?” Satyen asked sincerely

She proceeded to tell him about what the event was about

“I don’t work or offer my services for SEWA but to anotherwomen’s cooperative, I help the Program Manager understand how we can enablesome form of social safety net. We don’t have the name recognition orpopularity of SEWA so it’s a long hard road, I was invited to speak on thetopic”

She pulled out the biggest stack of papers, and flippedthrough a glossy power point presentation explaining everything, her glassesslid down, she held it with the back of her hand, tucked her pallu, whileshoving the hanging tote strap up her shoulder

After a point he was just lost in her eyes, he could notmuster up any legit insult

Satyen turned towards her and Anubha and Satyen foundthemselves looking at the young couple

After an awkward moment Anubha cleared her throat, andlooked away

They looked absolutely gorgeous together, both aboveaverage height and lean and intellectually hungry and unforgiving, andambitious. Their bodies just the perfect fit..

And then there was Smrita Parashar and then there was theguy himself…. Raanav

I really really like Viveka. I like Anubha too. Very nice and different adaptation of Pride & prejudice. Till now I have not found even one quality that I like in Ranav. Hope to see some more of his character than just his snobbish nature.

The dude got a much deserved dressing down. It did have to start somewhere, and it started with her.

Lawyers. Corporate lawyers and bankers.... the very words in my head make me go 'ok maintain social distance kalpana'. I'm trying to crack myself up here but I know that it's a kind of prejudice that I , may be most of us carry out of wariness. We demonize them and it's a pity , though there might be more people in the world who more deserve our empathy than these folks.

And then there are reformers who dedicate themselves majorly to causes that need rebellion to create an awareness as a first step to change and uplift

I personally cannot envision a life neither as a corporate lawyer pouting over contracts and fine prints nor can I see myself to be a reformer. One requires a specific skill set and another require a great heart and mind for service. Skills , knowledge function at various levels. So hats off to both. But I know I can be an enabler to these causes within my means.

Economic freedom and free markets are a must for any economy IMO and so Is dignity of labor. Governments can't and shouldn't be all controlling. They at best can only be regulators. Sweat economy?!. Where's the economic freedom there ? Slave labor , sweat nation and no dignity of labor.

What capitalism needs to learn to accommodate is dignity of labor and that's where Raanav kinds need to change and respect that.

Oh yeah!

The most exciting thing . Just look at the people here guys . Look at the levels of improbability of the pairing ....Gawd! Viveka living with raanav in that kind of a dwelling! Yeah right! When pigs fly!

But you know what ! Her frequency with karamkar Dude presently may be a lit up cracker waiting to go boom and may be her paring with Raanav is a damp squib , wet coal kinds but give the squib some insulation and then it has the potential to blast the coal out Of the rock. May be in the world of pride and prejudice with a 'twist ' the Pigs can sprout some wings !😳

BTW in all this talk of flying pigs, just as their improbable pairing, an equal world within the gambit of socialism and capitalism is a flying pig.
