At this point the NCB doesn't even care how ridiculous they sound calling 50 G of weed "chats"....not weed, just chats a "Syndicate". Rakesh Asthana is known to make a fool of himself wherever he goes. First he embarassed the CBI, now he's make the NCB lose all credibility.
