It's ridiculous. There are reasons certain laws aren't much enforced and reasons when they are it's in regard to quantity, personal v commercial, type of drug etc.

The laws itself are archaic 😆

In Delhi, every year around August, when the Kawariya's pass through the city, it's such a common sight to see the devotees smoke pot. They do it very openly, sitting cooly on the side of busy roads with policemen in the vicinity. No one stops them, let alone arrest and interrogate them. Try and stop them from doing so and you will know what comes back and hits you!

NCB has made such a joke of themselves ! They are going after ppl where the sum total found is less than 100gms! And ppl found with 1200 kgs of ganja are getting bail cause NCB didn’t file case till 45 days !

Earlier this yr in Haryana .. 5000kg of dope was seized in a house . The guys are out on a bail and have vanished .. also the dope has gone “missing“ from the NCB warehouse 😂
