Whereas since the shooting RiAnsh intimacy and attraction is at its peak - yet the attraction between them was always there from his party and so on. Ridhima has always been in conflict with what Kabir has told her about Vansh and the Vansh she is seeing/interacting wother on a personal and close basis.
Life and death can change the whole axis of one's life - so it's not impossible to decipher them inching close at this level and speed. Plus with all the wedding paraphernalia going on its magnifying and bringing to focus the ins and outs of their relationship.
