To protect his Dhruv Tara’s child he will pretend anything, go to any extent to keep Kuhu happy, that’s my gut feeling. As soon as the baby kicked Kunal ran to call Bhai Bhabhi. Also when Kuhu asked about hiring a planner for baby shower Kunal was hesitating because he knows BM wants a GB instead. Then after Kuhu insisted he agreed. But you can see his initial hesitation.
