I suspect Kunal is just playing along with Kuhu to keep bhai’s baby safe! He doesn’t want Kuhu to harm the unborn child in a fit of rage! He knows only too well what a sociopath Kuhu is! If he says anything to Kuhu right now or reprimands her, she will go ballistic and harm the baby. Same reason Mishti is keeping quiet to keep her baby safe from Kuhu’s rages.

This is a reasonable explanation. But this is the seedha sadha Kunal we are talking about. Can he be this smart?
