The only question I think I can answer is the last one. And the answer is - for Kunal. That idiot has no sense of his own future. He would readily sacrifice everything he has tirelessly worked for in a heartbeat for his maa and bhai (and now, bhabhi). I doubt he has any assets. The one company he owned is now in Mishti's name so where does his and Kuhu's future lie? The only way out of this situation was to divorce Kunal which I have been hoping for because Kunal 2.0, along with being a dum-dum, is a Grade A a-hole husband, but this is a DKP show so divorce is out of bounds.

In my head filled with alternate endings for this show, I consider Kuhu walking out of the house after Kunal asked her to become a surrogate. Let's consider the bit where he meets Kuhu at night also canon. I see a fight ensuing after he said, "ek galti toh sabko maaf hoti hai na". I wanted to kick him so hard when he said that because he is way way past ek galti. I'll stop now because I've beaten Kunal to a pulp in my head.

I think it would be impossible to answer my questions if you haven’t watched the episodes (I do not recommend it at all). Consider it the end with Kuhu walking out when Kunal asked her to be surrogate. I loved that episode on all levels.

Alternate endings at all levels is the best at this point since they seem determined to destroy everything that made this show worth watching and discussing.

Thank goodness I’m not watching the episode today, I would just lose it! Actually thanks to Diya and Daya for updating how vile and intolerable the episode is!

I just posted Kuhu’s curses yesterday and how writers are planning to make it come true now and today Kuhu even mentioned her curse triumphantly, that Kanhaji made her curse come true! Is that it? Does God really help such vile, evil people succeed in their dirty plans?

Is that the message of this show now? Is that how low they have fallen?

Mishti heard Kuhu’s words and started crying. She should just go to her room, and refuse to take care of Kuhu henceforth! What will happen? RJVs will criticize her? Let them! It will be damn if she does and damn if she doesn’t!
Be strong, Mishti, not being able to give birth is not the end of the world! Don’t devalue yourself like this! Your uterus doesn’t define you, your character does! And that includes not putting up with daily getting abused by a narcissistic bully!

No abir was more scared of meenu disowning kunal, that was made clear with his imagination of meenu throwing kunal out of the house and no one is able to do anything...if it was just about not letting kunal know , he wouldn't have tried telling truth to kunal in the later part of the story , he always wanted to pull out kunal from the mess.

Answer:

In case there is a will and it clearly states the nominee then it's fine, in case there is no will then everything goes to the spouse and if he / she is also dead , everything goes to kids ( including legally adopted kids ) , the procedure can go in dispute in case there are discrepancies noticed or is subjected to objection by anyone otherwise prima facie this is how it works.

But you do blame others directly like mishti abir kunal etc even when they are also blackmailed by kuhu then why not blame kuhu when she falls on the trap ..infact this is not even falling in the trap , she is clearly shown to be playing along with meenu , the last sequence of the episode made it every clear...its like they have joined hands

Uru dont compare abir, mishti and kunal with kuhu its insult for them..becoz these three whatever they did its for the happiness of other person or to save someone without any selfish motto by doing so they lost themselves..here she is very smart and clear what she wants why she is doing and also using others for her selfishness
