Yeah but legally baby is hers. If she chooses not to give the baby, she can keep it. But unless she really gets attached to the baby, she won't keep it - nahi diya toh she will be left all alone and whatever she is doing it for will be moot.

I don't think that she is ready for baby. Mishbir are ready and excited for their baby so giving the baby is sane thing according to me.
