My take on the accusations against Dr. Swamy is that is an attempt or conspiracy to defame him. He was the first one to scream it was a murder publicly at a time people were being mocked in private for speculating about a homicide. Remember the 24 point list he put out to prove it was a murder. Swamy has done more harm than good to this case.

Read how sasikala and Jayalalithaa were close to him, how he was supporting mamata banerjee's draconian rules against hindus etc
