Its sad. Given this show debuted at number 1. And continued to get good trps later . Post the lockdown , they started wth a negative storyline which probably repulsed the audience. They were thousands of sub tracks possible with the characters . I will always remember it for the dance parties 😆 And happy moments. They never really explored abir mishti nicely .

Still, they can try changing the time slot instead of shutting it down.

Yeah right. Even the average success that KZK was, it has run for 2 years (-4 moths due to COVID). Lol don’t compare with YRKKH. It is not the standard for flagship show. Lol no show runs that long. It’s just an exceptional show. Lol

YHM is itself StarPlus’ flagship show. Infact shows like DABH, YRKKH, YHM, SNS are some of StarPlus biggest blockbusters in recent times. So yeah, if a show runs for more than 4 years, you can go ahead and call is a blockbuster. Ah sigh. No point crying over spilt milk.

We can’t call a show progressive just because they are showing live in and gay relationships. I haven’t watched Maryada so I don’t really know how they handled it. In KHKT, they handled the live in a pretty chill manner which is great but yeah that show showed some serious shit is astrologer saying things he simply couldn’t have and shit. There are many other scenes. Let’s not get there.

Gul had cleared the air in her IV only. Even if you trend for 1 whole month, no use. The numbers don’t result in TV viewership. Again there are many ways to trend on twitter. 100k tweets doesn’t mean 100k people are tweeting about it. They don’t care about twitter trends. Only BARC TRP because that is what gets them the revenue.

The very fact that people are watching that show for 3 hours is great. It’s not like other channels don’t have shows at those slots. StarPlus once used to air shows in the afternoon (some 2 years ago). The shows hardly brought 1 kinda ratings. I don’t watch SNS but it definitely is a TRP audience favourite.

Impressions are not registered from start to end, a 3 hours show will have more impressions than a half hour show because the time is 6x

Tarak Mehta people don’t release TRP for afternoon, Star Plus is doing this deliberately to promote their show which is not wrong if it helps their new show
