YRHPK to go off air💔ALL Discussion here, Note pg 62 - Page 43

A TV writer on an iconic show, on a channel also owned by Star Plus's parent company DISNEY has said "even at the best of times, a tv writer's job is knowing how to pivot her story". That show is an Emmy award nominated and winning TV series.

Now either this show's writer did not know how to pivot her story or did not have a story to pivot.

Unless off course the end was always in sight and the baby track was brought just to give closure?

The entire blame for YRHPK going off air goes to the PH and writers. They can't blame TRP and audience. They had 3 freaking months during the lockdown to come up with interesting story line and they came up with stupid surrogacy? Even Varun's jokes were better than this. They purposely moved it to 9pm and gave atrocious tracks so that even the loyal audience loses interest. Then they abruptly pull the track saying we tried our best but our hands out tied..THE AUDACITY 😡

I haven't felt this mad at a PH after showing off air since IPKKND and I haven't gotten attached any gul show since then no matter how amazing the lead pair is. I will do the same to DKP

I truly feel sorry for the cast and crew who gave it their all and worked so hard in the midst of a pandemic. They definitely deserved better 💔

🤔Historical/Mythological shows khatam hone pe inta dukh nahi hota kyuki pata hai ki woh finite series hai. Lekin iss show ke khatam hone pe pata nahi kyu itna bura lag raha hai. Mein toh zyada fast forward karke dekhti hu, ya agar TV pe dekhti thi toh either dinner time ya maths kar te huye dekhti hu. Only pay attention to Mishbir scene nowadays but still hearing this news made me so sad. Ek ajeeb si attachment hai, maybe because I can relate to Mishti in some things.

Their sheer disinterest in the show was felt by the viewers.

Bold- same with me.after ipk never saw any Gul show,will do the same with any other dkp shows.

It took me 7 years to get attached to another show after ipk.But alas! Same story again 😓

We should have learned our lesson 7 years ago and not get attached to anymore itv shows 💔

Such a wasted opportunity . The show was really good and promising. Somewhere rs shd also get a bitter taste of his overconfidence. Itna negativity kaun dikhaya hai🤢 There r thousands of ways to take the story forward n they chose the worst.
