DKP have wasted what they had..like i flip through other channels and see others and then i look at what DKP have in this show and I am like SERIOUSLY? It is like giving SRK (Nainowale, 1. this is a HUGE COMPLIMENT for you and what you have done so far; I do not compare just any random to the ICON 2. i must really like you to give you this compliment), so anyways it is like giving SRK to like someone who gave Kareena Kapoor her most iconic role Geet and hoping that person would give SRK something of his stature and instead getting Harry from JHMS.

I think it is too late; they have gone too far down this route. The only way they can overturn it is if this ends up being a trick or if the surrogacy fails.

And then what? What will they write next that will suddenly take TRPs from 1.2 to 1.5?

You wasted SS, DKP; just like Imtiaz and Aanand Rai wasted SRK.

As for the show here i think till the couples were not fully together and married there was much scope but the curse of getting the leads married and fully in love there isnt much left to show after a while it becomes the daily show and daily mundane tracks. Yes you wanna see your favs onscreen but story wise there isnt much left at least this is the issue with itv shows they lose the plot after love confession and getting leads married its like they have no idea where to go and it gets muddled in the typical saas bahu crap.

Well DKP are running their other show for 11 years now on "what happens after shaadi"; they have enough experience.

Where they might have gone wrong is -- not used the writer that knew half of their characters to write for them here as well. Not used a writer who brought their other show back from VERY low TRPs.

As for FAV - singular lol - he will most likely, hopefully be back soon.

Dis is d First show where I am seeing cv has problem in treating lead lyk lead whether onscreen or offscreen.

I guess if dey were not happy with star selection dey would huv put their foot down. Instead of going with SP choice.

That show came at a diff time when online viewing wasnt as available and also the whole premise of the show was after shaadi and they used to show like one event for weeks on end lol the whole thing was a journey after marriage and it became a cult classic. Now the audience watches it out of habit more than anything coz realistically they are just dragging the show now.

Obviously a writer who knows the characters to connect them to this show is very important and the ph was lazy with this. They made the show into the typical itv love story lots of struggles, 3rd angle and finally acceptance and shaadi and then now cant find their way out to continue a track post marriage. The show had good characters and actors and visually it has been great but they wasted all that by shoddy writing and wasting the canon history of the mah family. Just look at the post wedding tracks who brings in a baby track after a few months of marriage lol
