Episode 4
Archit and Pranati drove to the hotel and quickly walked towards the glaas door. They hurriedly reached the reception but before they could speak receptionist already spoke
Receptionist: aap yahan? aap log yahan allowed nahin hai. Please bahar nikliye
Pranati: dekhiye humme aapki madad ki jarurat hai
Receptionist:nahin aap abhi yahan se bhar nikaliye Varna main security ko call karungi.
Pranati: lekin...
Archit: hum jaate hai, sorry
They both walked out
Pranati: Ab hum kya krenge Archit?
Archit: yeh log humme andar nhi jaane denge, humme koi aur rasta dhoondhna padega
"Toh tum log yahan aa hi gaye" they saw vardan in front of them giving an evil smirk
Vardan: Sahi socha tha Maine, badi teekhi mirchi hai tu. Tu jitna mujhse dur bhagti thi utna tujhe pane ka maza aata tha
Archit: tujhe toh main ...(he moved forward to give him a punch on his face)
Pranati:nahin Archit yeh sirf tumhen instigate karne ki koshish kar raha hai. Aur jitna main inn ko janti hun inhone already CCTV footage nikaal li hai.
Vardan: hor ki? Tujhe kya laga, main twade liye palke vichha ke rakhangaan, ki tu aaye aur proof lae jaye. Ae ri teri CCTV footage (he took out a CD from hi s pocket) teh ae maine krdiya isse khatam. ( He broke the CD inti two pieces) Aana kadi Khurrana ghar. Bacha hua kaam bhi khatam kr leinge. (Read it in a Punjabi accent)
He winked at her and drove in his luxurious car while pranati and Archit kept looking at him angrily.
Archit:chalo pranati ab Ghar chalte hain aur aaram se baith ke sochenge ki aage kya karna hai.
She gave them a slight nod and they both drove back to Archit's house.
Scene shifts to Khurana mansion where reyansh was walking back and forth in the hall looking tensed as hell. Maan enters the hall and seeing him he quickly ran towards him.
Rey: Kahan tha tu? kitni der se Tera wait kar Raha hoon
Maan: bhai voh Navya ....
Rey: yaar yahan Meri Jaan nikali ja rahi hai aur tu apni setting karane mein laga hua hai
Maan: setting nahin bhai Dhyan rakh raha tha uska. Prabhi ke orders the ab main aapki sunoon ya Prabhi ki?
Rey: achcha achcha theek hai. Bata kaisi hai woh?
Maan: pareshan hai bhai. Per aapko kaise pata Chala ki voh Archit ke Ghar hai?
Rey: mere alava vahi toh tha jisne hotel mein usse dekha tha. Ab voh mere pass to nahin aaegi poochhne to Archit ke pass hi gai hogi na. Kuchh pta chala?
Maan: haan Archit keh raha tha ki jab voh hotel pahuncha tha tab prabhi already bed per behosh padi hui thi. Bhai kya aapko lagta hai ki vardan bhaiya aisa kr sakte hain?
Rey: sach kahun to man mujhe thoda sach to hai. Jabse pranati iss Ghar mein aayi hai maine bahot baar bhaiya ko uske room mein jaate hue dekha hai. Aur voh galat bhi to nahin kah rahi thi. shaadi ho ya bacche ham khuranas kabhi loyal nahin ho sakte.
Maan: Agar sach mein bhaiya ki galti nikli toh kya aap dadi ke khilaaf jagoge?
Rey: pta nhi yaar. Tune kaha tha ki uska blood test hua hai....
Maan: han bhai kal subah Tak reports aa jaengi
Rey: mujhe un reports ki copy kal subah hi chahie. Aur Sunn kal tu jab Navya ke ghar jayega to unhen kahiyo ki unhen bhaiya ka call record check karna chahie, main tujhe ek hacker ka number dunga voh unhen de dio aur bolio ki yeh tera dost hai. Samjha?
Maan: ji bhai
Rey: aur yaad rakhiyo iss bare mein kisi ko kuchh pata nahin chalna chahie. Specially dadi ko...
Maan slightly nodded his head and they both went upstairs to have a drink.
At Archit's home, Pranati was wearing one of Navya's night time outfits and was sitting on her bed silently. Navya came out of bathroom also in her PJs and sat beside her. They remained quiet for sometime when Navya decided to speak
Navya: I am sorry praniti maine tumhare sath bahut bura behave kiya tha.
Pranati: voh sab purani baten Hain Navya. Tum batao yeh tumhara Chhota sa baby kaisa hai?
Navya: doctors ke hisab se abhi tak to sab kuchh normal aur healthy hai
Pranati: kyon nahi hoga? Maan tumhara itna acche se dhyan Jo rakh raha hai h.
Navya blushed
Navya: haan. kabhi kabhi lagta hai ki ki maan Khurana family ka hai hi nahin.
Pranati: yeh toh tumne sahi kaha Navya, Maan Khurrana pariwar jaisa bilkul nhi hai. Per un logon ke liye apni Dadi ke khilaaf jana bohot mushkil hai. Na chahte hue bhi usse un sabki galat harkaton mein shamil hona padta hai.
They both went quite again. So Pranati asked her to take rest. They both wished each other night. Though Navya started snoring in a few minutes, Pranati's sleep was far away from her.
Next morning, Maan gave the blood reports to Pranati and a copy to Reyansh. Reyansh was sitting in his bedroom reading the reports
Rey: Serutanin (made up) maine yeh kahin dekha hua hai. Per Kahan?
While Reyansh was figuring about the drug, Pranati already discovered it.
Doc: this drug is an antidepressant, usually cause memory loss and numbness. Since it's a sleeping medicine too, a person will get sleep within 30 mins of it's intake.
Pranati: Doctor yeh medicine Kahan milti hai?
Doc: yeh bohot rare medicine hai. You can't get it easily from any pharmacy specially without prescription.
Pranati: Thankyou so much doctor for your help.
Maan, Archit and Pranati came out of the hospital.
Pranati: bina prescription ke yeh dawai nhi mil sakti, toh ya toh vardan ke paas prescription hai ya woh seedha producers se khareedta hai. Archit kya tum yeh pta laga sakte ho ki delhi main yeh drug ki production Kahan hoti hai?
Archit: haan pranati, per usmein thoda time lagega.
Maan: Tab tak hum ek kaam kr sakte hai. Vardan bhaiya ke call records nikal sakte hai. Aapne kaha tha vahan ek investor bhi tha toh unhone usse call toh pakka kiya hoga.
Pranati: Brilliant idea Maan. Tum kisi hacker ko jaante ho?
Maan: haan mera ek dost hai. Main usse abhi call krta hoon.
He dialled in the number which Reyansh gave him and put it on speaker.
Hacker:Hey Maan. What's up bro?
Maan: Hi Krish. Sunn teri thodi si madad chahiye. Kisi ke call records nikalne hai
Krish: Anything for you bro. Ho jayega
Maan: thhik hai toh hum abhi aa rahe.
He cut the call and looked towards Pranati and Archit. They nodded at eachother and went separate ways. Pranati sat in Maan's car and they drove off to Hacker's place.....

Episode 5
Maan and Pranati reached the hacker's place. The room was like a classic game room with just a pinch of blue light. They saw a guy with buzz cut hair and glasses on.
Maan: hey Krish
Krish:hey hey Maan. How are you man?
Maan: bas badiya. Yeh Pranati hain, meri bha.....I mean mere bhai ki friend. Inhe hi teri help chahie thi.
Pranati brought her hands together to do namaste.
Krish: ofcourse ofcourse. Ma'am aap mujhe number de dijiye and I'll give the records.
Pranati gave him vardan's number.
Pranati: Aapko kitna time lagega?
Krish: Around half an hour. You guys can sit on that couch.
Pranati and Maan sat on couch. Pranati was in deep thinking when Maan saw someone's shadow.
Maan: Bro main tera washroom use kr sakta hoon?
Krish: Yeah sure. It's on the right.
Maan excused himself and walked towards the washroom, but he was clearly not in need of one. So he turned where he wanted to go.
Maan: Bhai aap yahan kya kr rhe ho? Agar Prabhi ne dekh liya toh woh mujhe bhi help nhi krne dengi.
Maan said to Reyansh who was hiding from Pranati
Rey:Abe dheere bol. Main Krish se baat krne aya tha. I had to make sure ki woh mera naam Pranati ke saamne na le. Aur ek baat bta yeh Pranati ne kabse jeans pehna start kr diya?
Maan: woh apne kapde toh ghar per chhod ke aa gai thi na, aur Navya ke paas koi suits nhi the. Woh apni mom ke ghar mein bhi nhi jaa sakti thi kyunki unka jhagda hua hua hai. Waise Prabhi hot lag rhi hain
He purposely said that to get a reaction from his brother. Reyansh hit him on the back of his head.
Rey: Abe ek taraf Prabhi bolta hai aur doosri taraf aisi baaten. Kuchh toh sharam kr.
Maan: Main kyun sharam kroon? Sharam toh aapko aani chahiye, kamse kam main Prabhi ko stalk toh nhi kr raha.
Rey: Toh main kahan stalk kr raha hoon? Main Krish se milne aya tha.
Maan: kitna jhooth bologe bhai? Seedhe seedhe kaho na aap Prabhi ko miss ke rhe the
Maan gave him a knowing smirk which resulted in Reyansh twisting his ear.
Rey: tu na aajkal bohot badi badi baatein krne lag gaya hai. Bhool mat bada bhai hoon main tera. Jo kaam bola hai na chup chap kr. Chal ja ab
Maan: haan haan aap kaan toh chhodo mera
He left his ear and Maan walked back to Pranati. Soon the call records were out and Krish gave them a printed copy. Maan gave him a bro hug and they both went out while Reyansh took one copy too.
Pranati: Maan humme ne kal aur parso mein vardan ne jinko bhi call kiya hai unn sabko call Krna chahiye.
Maan: Prabhi hum ek nai sim lete hai aur usse call krte hai.
Pranati: thhik hai hum.....
Before Pranati could continue she felt a bit dizzy. She held her head and stumbled on her feet.
Maan:Prabhi aap thhik toh hain?
Pranati: Main woh...
And she went unconscious but Reyansh held her before she touched the ground. He tried to wake her up by shaking but she didn't respond.
Rey: Prani! Prani! Kya hua isse? (He looked up to Maan) Shakal kya dekh raha hai meri? Car nikal..isse hospital leke chalte hai.
Maan: haan bhai.
Maan ran to bring his car back. Reyansh took Pranati in his arms and sat with her on the back seat. He kept telling Maan to go as fast as possible. Finally they reached hospital where Reyansh kept shouting doctor's name. Pranati was taken into a ward where doctor was checking her and Maan and Reyansh were standing outside. Reyansh was trying to control his tears. Doctor finally came out.
Reyansh: kaisi hai woh?
Doc: chinta krne ki koi zaroorat nhi hai, she was in major stress, tabhi woh behosh ho gayi. She is still weak so I'll advise to keep her away from stress. Unhe 1 ghante mein hosh aa jana chahiye, aap abhi andar jaa sakte hai.
He said and left them. The nurse gave them a list of medicines which Maan volunteered to bring. Reyansh slowly went inside the room and sat on the stool beside the bed on which Pranati was lying.
Rey: tu na hamesha aise krti hai. Jab tujhse nafrat krne ki koshish karta hoon tab tab kuchh na aise kr deti ki main kr hi nhi pata. Samajhti kyun nhi hai, jis pariwar se tu ladne ki koshish kr rhi hai woh tujhe shayad zinda bhi na chhode. Please Prani, maa ko kho chuka hoon, tujhe nhi kho sakta.
He finally let out the tears that he was holding for a long time.
"Tu yahan kya kr rha hai?" He turned around to look at Archit who was standing at the door. Reyansh quickly wiped his tears, kissed Pranati's hand and moved towards Archit.
Reyansh: Dhayan rakhio iska.
He kept his hand on his shoulder, turned around to see Pranati one last time and went out. He knew that Pranati was in hospital because of him. Whenever she went near him, she always landed in trouble. He remembered all of his Dadi's words of him loving anything lead to destroy both of them and he cares for Pranati too much to let him destroy her. He took a cab and went straight to his home so he could punch his punching bag. While Archit kept thinking what happened to Reyansh. Nonetheless he took proper care of his best friend like he always did.
Pranati started opening her eyes slowly to see Maan and Archit in front of her. She tried to sit straight with the help of both them.
Pranati: Kya hua hai mujhe?
Archit: kuchh nhi. Tu na bas bohot stress leti hai. Thoda chill Krna seekh ja.
Pranati smiled on his words while Maan gave praniti her medicines and a glass of water.
Pranati: Kuchh pta chala unn records se aur woh medicine ki production?
Archit: Dekh fir stress le rhi hai, abhi bola na rest kr.
Pranati: kya hua Archit, kuchh nhi mila kya?
Archit: haan meri maa mil gaya, main tujhe ghar chhodke wahin jaa raha hoon baat krne ke liye.
Pranati:ghar kyun? Main bhi chalti hoon na tumhare saath
Maan: Prabhi doctor ne aapko rest krne ke liye kaha hai, I'm sorry but aap nhi chal sakti
Pranati: Maan tum samajh nhi rahe ho...
Archit: Sab samajh rahe hai hum. Tu yeh Jhansi ki Rani banna bnd kr aur chup chap ghar Chalke rest kr. Main hoon Na, bharosa kr. Jaise hi mujhe kuchh pta chalega main sabse pehle tujhe bataunga. Main discharge papers ready krvata hoon.
He went out to reception while Maan was giving Pranati company. He helped her to the washroom so she could change. Soon she was discharge from the hospital and Archit drove her back to his house.....
Awesome update....poor pranati.....hope they catch vardaan soon both in your story and serial.....
