Sharma's & Mathur's are the typical drama unlimited families. And then we have the Singhania family - quite an extraordinary family - apart from the fact that there are no women in the family, the men actually have quite a nice bonding with each other, they throw parties, drink wine & celebrate when someone dies, they dance like 'vele', in fact they haven't created any drama related to Veer's decision of marrying - quite an unconventional family. Maybe the audience isn't used to such a drama-less family, but this refreshing family set up is quite likeable. This might be a bit far fetched but this Cheel family reminds me of the Cullen family from the Twilight series. Yes, the Singhania family's black deeds can't be excused anyway, they deserve to burn in hell, but keeping aside their business affairs, I like the family set up.
