I don't think so as in Ridhimma perceptive the shooter was aiming at Vansh and she shouted Vansh name while she took the bullet for him. If Kabir wanted he could have shoot Ridhimma and she would assume that Vansh tried to kill her. However the purpose of the shooter was to make Ridhimma feel that Vansh's life is in danger and she would try to save his life (still thinking what was her reasoning) and he shot her as he was hiding behind the pillar so there is a possibility that Riddhima did not seen him and she thought that the yellow gloved person is the shooter.

I don't know i have this weird conspiracy theory what if Ridhimma is actually playing a game with Kabir and the current track what we are seeing is game plan by RiAnsh and they making Kabir feel that everything is going according to his plan but actually they are step ahead that Kabir and he is unknowingly getting trapped in their game. It would be interesting if things turn in that way.
