I have never heard of a herbal cigarette. Honestly weed is prob better for you than smoking tobacco. That is a great way to get cancer. I have heard of joints (which are weed cigarettes) or joints that are tobacco/weed mix even. But never a herbal cigarette. I think there is a difference of him doing it on his own and her drugging him.

What is the point of smoking a herbal cigarette? You can just have herbal tea?
