I highly doubt it's weed. NCB would have to be nuts to waste time and resources if it were because reality is a HUGE chunk of young India smokes weed, AND it is sold as bhang by the government! Sadhus smoke it. Shiva used it as per puranas.

Yes Sushant is responsible for the pathetic decision he made at the very start of trusting this vile woman over his family. And when he realised it, he was too embroiled in her toxic shit to get out of it.

Wish she had run off in Nov, 2019 to save her life. How i wish her greed to somehow make him stay in Bollywood and do a film with him wasnt more important to her than his mental health issues. How I wish so many things.
