I dont think its a dig at Kangana but at audience for not lapping up her abla victim PR drama or crappy films n performances while dissecting n exposing her "acting" template, curated stardom etc. From her PR organized fan chat it was evident that more than anything its the lack of genuine fan support & drastic difference bw haters is to defender which has come as a shocker to her and affected her in every hence the desperate PR moves n cryptic posts.

Coz using others as shield at every step is all she can do and is really a squib in this analogical HP hierarchy

Alia is still a better human. Atleast she does not stalks and harasses a man who is not interested in her. She never had affairs with married men. She never forced anyone to consume drugs.
