Woah. This quote actually comes with a lot of specific intention.

This message could be meant for Rhea.

Rhea is getting called a 'witch',what's happening is a 'witchhunt' and Alia is calling everyone wanting that witchhunt a muggle. So essentially telling Rhea the witch to not let Muggles bring her down. Ron says this to Harry when he was being abused by the Dursleys for being a wizard. But I feel this is far too layered shade coming from someone like Alia

Most probably this is a message to her ownself calling other people against her/nepotism muggles (could be Kangana) while she's part of elite,powerful,magic fielding wizard family from generations aka power got through family aka nepotism. Damn us muggles, such commoners we are,out to get the witches and wizards cause we're petty and jealous 😿
