His own cook said he saw Sushant do drugs in his first week at work. This was before Rhea came into his life. This is not valid?

Of all the things, this is the most trivial and ridiculous thing to put someone behind the bars. Literally ALL of bollywood must smoke not just pot but even hard crack cocaine, heroin, etc. This "segment" feels like a decoy to put people at a temporary sense of ease--now people will take it a bit easy cuz hey, Rhea is in jail!!!

Meanwhile, there are other much more important factors surrounding the case and she could be guilty of other, more serious things, but that will go unaddressed cuz hey, Rhea is now is jail, yay! She'll be out in on time and other issues will go unaddressed. I wish this misguided hogwash over drugs would just stop.

She's been arrested, not imprisoned. On this matter she'll see no actual prison time. Penalties are up to one year and/ or a fine up to $140. She allegedly gave them 25 names (what a snitch). That would be to avoid the one year in prison or her lawyer is the worst lawyer ever. If they had other more serious things to charge her with her lawyer most likely wouldn't have done this deal.

Here's the charge sheet. Read it yourself. Samuel Miranda and Dipesh Sawant both said Sushant used to direct them to buy drugs for him and Sushant would also take care of the financial matters related to the drugs. Sometimes Rhea did the same.
