Arrested for possession of weed? What kind of a joke is this 😕 looks like the indian government is trying very hard to keep people distracted from the disastrous COVID situation in India with all this Sushant circus

As I said in the other thread NCB doesn't arrest chindi 50-100g weed buyers, they only arrest the ones who buy in bulk, like few kilos.

For chindi 50g buyers, they can interrogate the person to know who sold him/her that... yeah they can be interrogated to trace the big fishes. But here as we can see they really don't want to know who the big fishes are. Or else they would have arrested Imtiaz Khatri type, some of them they had even interrogated. Right now the arrestees are all chindi. So you know what they have been doing here.

Not even possession of weed. Just whatsapp messages that show there *may* have been possession of weed months or years ago. I don't know Indian law but wouldn't there be a statute of limitations of some kind?

Most of the time, Whatsapp messages are not even permissible in court. How are arrests being made from it?

I don't trust any governmental agency. I think they will try to link to big names and extort money out of them to keep them away from this case. Everyone in the govt. will fill their pockets and only the small fish like Rhea and her brother will get in trouble to show that they have accomplished something.

That's the only reason they so badly want to find Bollywood links because that's where the money is. People like Kangana just work as attack dogs so that it helps to ruin reputations and they feel more compelled to give bribes to make all this go away.

Closing as rules were being broken here and we do not want people to continue in this thread.
