PS: she was arrested for buying/consuming 49 grams of weed. rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to 1 year, or with a fine which may extend to ₹10,000 (US$140) or both;

So basically it now looks like he died of drug overdose and they could not say that so they said he committed suicide. Drugs with psychiatric medications and alcohol is a lethal combination and there are hundreds who have succumbed to this combination. Looks like there is no murder but simply a self-destructive character trait that did him in.

Thats why I said in the other thread that this is a very smooth shift from the focal pt of ssr's death ..now ppl want drug cartel busted bollywood cleaned up ...while the actual death case in somewhere in the bg ...and then there is the kangana vs ss angle to shadow that bg too.

All this drug hullabaloo for buying 1.75 ounces of weed which will probably result in $140 fine unless the prosecutor is being a real hard ass..

EDIT: Looks like she rolled over on 25 people so maybe a $1 fine.

The family lawyer saying the drug charges aren't their case against her though would indicate they still believe or contend he didn't die of a drug overdose or from complications of drug interactions.

They are simply looking for someone to blame. They want closure and probably refuse to believe this recreational activity (according to most who casually use drugs) killed him. If he was using psychiatric medications and drugs together, that is what caused it. This is a deadly combination and if you have drug use a psychiatrist will simply refuse to prescribe because it can lead to overdose.

Sadly marks on his body tells a different story . Nothing was found in his stomach in his post motam reports.

Recently CBI & AIIMS both recreated d scene in his building & got some evidences related to murder.

They could not prove the missing 17 crores, now they say drugs charges are not there case.
