His Lawyer is so good........he said we are keeping tab of all her statements, whether in print or on tv or to the CBI / NCB, and we will use it in court.........

he says her complaint should've been in the form of a statement to the CBI, if they had found it right, they could've changed the investigation process with this statement, so it clear that mumbai police is helping accused number 1.....since the case went to CBI cause there was no trust on Mum police, in spite of that going to mum police for this FIR is wrong....... Mum Police has been very liberal in adding sections to the case and its wild and baseless...

whatever Priyanka did, doesn't come in the range of criminality so we will deal with it when it comes up in court
