Vidhya is not Gopi’s daughter

Thought I will make this post before Dharam starts getting crucified for marrying his daughter in law’s sister. It was clarified towards the end of season 1 that Vidhya is not Ahem and Gopi’s daughter.

I know that Vidya was not Gopi's biological daughter. But for many of us long time viewers of Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, myself included, Vidya and Meera both were GoHem's daughters, that they were sisters. Though I was critical of DhEera, I never went as far as attacking DhEera fans even after one of them attacked me for liking Paridhi in spite of the many tricks Paridhi played to win Jigar. I forgave them and moved on. I treat others the way I want to be treated.

I don’t have a problem with you mate, live and let live That’s me. We Dheera fans are only concerned about Dheera . We don’t care about other characters in the show. I for one, fast forwarded through all the Modi scenes so wouldn’t have a clue what any other character did😀

I know you have no problem with me. Even I believe in live and let live as well.

Only thing, since StarPlus was discontinued in Canada, I will be watching Saath Nibhaana Saathiya Season 2 either on YoDesiTV or on Apne TV or I may subscribe to HotStar Canada.

Hope you enjoy it, I might just watch the first episode to see where the Modi family fits in. Looks like they will be there only for a few episodes. And not sure if any other characters from Saathiya 1 will be there. So I won’t be watching it. I might not have liked all the old characters but Saathiya will not be Saathiya without them, Urmi, Gaura, baa( who probably is over 100 by now) and all the rest. It is just a new show with Gopi and Ahem in a few episodes.

I hope so as well. Maybe Season 2 will fill in many of the holes left in Season 1. The story after Ahem's death had so much potential and it was wasted. Let's hope Season 2 won't go that route.
