I once mailed hotstar asking them to upload episode 245 and few more episodes that were missing but they stated that the episodes cannot be uploaded due to some copyright issue.

It's the music. Hotstar (and other OTT platforms as well) doesn't have the license to upload the songs used in the background of many scenes.
The last part of the wedding is there in Episode 246
These are the episodes missing from HotStar
95, 97, 116, 226, 230, 245
I don’t know why these episodes are deleted but all those Sangeets, mehendi, Tilak, goddhanas with lots of Bollywood songs are still there
The copyright excuse doesn’t sound genuine, then it would apply to all those other episodes with film songs

Actually some studios let SP use their songs and some do not....for example YRF will not let them use any of their songs but Dharma will...if that makes sense

Sony & Zee used to mute on social media, when there was a BW song - this way - you only lose audio for the few mins.
