I'll be frank that if the "drug angle" is the only angle here that has concrete evidence then it wouldn't be that hard for these folks to get bail. Because we are essentially talking about weed here or at least that is what I'm assuming as of now.
What is your opinion on the lack of concrete evidence so far when it comes to the financial angle here. I have seen some folks out there mock the 15cr remark. So what do you all have to say about that?
If I am honest, with regards to the money, it’s not so much about finding, it’s about what can they do with that info. I think Rhea was smart enough to Not actually take money from him. Based on the companies set up, and the general lifestyle, I think she used sushant for his money, to spend it lavishly on them, and by extension her, but that’s not a crime.
To prove any financial crime like money laundering, you have to prove it without a doubt. I’ll give you an example; there was a case I know, where one guy A, told this guy B, invest Many thousands with Guy C for 10% returns in a short time (which is Crazy). They checked out guy C, and then invested, only to find that everything was fraud, and that guy c is GONE, disappeared into thin air. Now guy B is suing Guy A (and C) but Guy A is saying none of this is my fault. So, even if someone or situation looks shady, it’s another matter to prove without doubt.
I believe she also spoke of a movie based on Hero No 1, which apparently Sush wanted to make with her,Rumi Jaffrey which could have some implications, but I think didn’t take off at all.
I’ll be frank here, I want to be optimistic, but due to the time wasted, lot of the evidence has been destroyed. despite that officials have been able to connect the drug angle. I think they’ll highlight one or two people in the drug angle, cuz they have pulled this on too long without a conclusion, but ultimately I’ll be very surprised if this isn’t labelled as a suicide.
