I am strict about eating 3 meals a day 😆. Even on weekends, I have brunch then a few hours later lunch and at night dinner ofcourse 😆. All these years, there has been no compromise on my 3 meals, kaise bhi karke I eat lol.

i make sure to have breakfast only 😆 even if i miss lunch OR dinner im fine with it.. 😆 because body needs meal for 2 times 😆
