@red: Yes, I too find Bani's "trust" on Jai ridiculous. At least, her hate for Veer has more justification than her trust and liking for Jai. But as I said, rooh ne rooh ko pehchaan liya hai.
@green: Honestly, I feel she is a hypocrite. She hides her identity just as much as cheels do. They only come out in the dark and always have kept it a mystery, and they haven't flaunted their powers on a supernatural basis, they are criminals on a human basis. Veer is different from the rest of the family because his scale of wrong and right is different from his family, which is why they hide facts from him. Veer accepts his deeds because he thinks he is justified in what he does. Just like Bani feels she is justified in what she does. So ye to hypocrisy hi hai. Have you seen Veer sit and judge anyone's actions and calling them out on it? Everyone is grey only, no one is born white. Bani should learn to accept that she is no saint.
@blue: Technically, both are the same, they aren't different. Bani calling out Veer for his behavior and acts does not condone her deeds. They are the same. Bani thinks she is justified, so Veer also thinks the same. The reasons can be different. But purpose and intent was the same. Veer misbehaves so he is deemed a criminal, and Bani behaves sweetly and nicely, so she is a good person. Have you seen her casual disregard that she killed cheels? How chill she is near death. In her view, Jai is human, so if she falls in love with him, she will hide her naagin identity only. She will go and tell him. She thinks Jai will understand just like Meera di does. She is as dark as Veer, but she refuses to acknowledge it. She is also similar in temperament to a cheel, but nahi Veer badtameez hai, cheel beinsaafi karte hai aur main kya karti hu, phan lehraake saaf safaai karti hu?
