Another khayali pulav of mine which turned into an OS. Just because I can't wait for the episode.
This OS is based on the dance clip of riansh that Helly posted.
Before venturing in, there's few things to keep in mind-
- Riddhima and Vansh are happily married. No one has a hidden motive for this marriage.
- Riddhima was never sent as a spy in this universe. They met in the beach party but slowly fell in love and got married.
Enjoy!
Cake, Candles and Tissue Box
It was in the afternoon when Dadi got a call from her sister. Her sister's granddaughter-in-law had just delivered a baby. Dadi was so happy and excited that she took the entire RaiSinghania family along with her to see the newborn.
Riddhima who was sleeping that time didn't know of their plans.
When she woke up next, it was already dark. She looked around the empty room not finding a single trace of her husband's presence.
"Maybe another meeting," she thought before sitting up on the bed.
However the door opened exactly at that time and she looked up to find her husband closing the door behind him. He was dressed in a white suit, looking all the more handsome than he actually is.
"How are you feeling now?" Vansh asked, walking towards her.
"Better."
Vansh sat down beside her and touched her forehead with his large palms. Her forehead isn't hot anymore and her face wasn't pale anymore.
"Chalo. Tumhare liye kuch kiya hai maine." Vansh said, holding her hand. His big hands completely wrapped her small little ones.
"Kya?" Riddhima asked, confused about his enthusiasm.
"Chalo toh sahi. Come."
------
Riddhima was surprised seeing the living room decorated in that way. The sofa was removed, the entire hall was covered in cherry lights. There were candles around the room. A small table was placed in the middle with candles and a tissue box placed on top of it.
"Ye sab kya hai?" Riddhima asked, looking back at her husband.
"Ek khoobsurat sa surprise meri pat-ni ke liye."
"Acha? Surprise kis liye?" Riddhima asked.
"Bas aise hi. Mann kiya." Vansh said, pulling her towards him and wrapping his big hands around her small waist.
Riddhima gripped his sleeves as she looked up at him. "Sab kahan hai? Koi dikh kyun nahi raha?"
"Dadi ki behen par-dadi ban gayi. Ussi ko dekhne ke liye Dadi sabko sath le gayi."
Riddhima nodded before looking around the living room.
"Waise Dadi keh rahi thi ki unhe bhi par-pota chahiye."
Riddhima stopped for a second before glancing up at him. She didn't miss the hint of mischief in his eyes and immediately understood it was another one of his tricks to tease.
"Acha?" She slid up her hands around his neck. "Dadi ne hi ye baat kahi ya yeh aapke dil ki baat hai?"
"Kya lagta hai?" Vansh asked, pulling her towards him.
Riddhima smiled widely before hugging him. Their bodies were pressed together with no space in between. As Vansh likes to say no third entity between them. Not human, not God, not even any secrets.
She blushed as that thought crossed her mind. With a small smile, she whispered in her husband's ears. And then quickly dug her head in his shoulders.
Vansh who was still holding her couldn't believe what she said. Was that for real or was he just imagining things?
His doubts were cleared when he felt her arms tightening around him. His smile widened as he tightened his hold around her.
After a long time, they stepped away. Vansh looked down at her face, that looked so beautiful and ethereal that he couldn't stop but placed a light kiss on her forehead. Riddhima closed her eyes with a wide smile.
"Ab tumhare surprise ke samne meri surprise dull lagegi. But phir bhi itni mehnat ki hai, deni to padegi." Vansh said, stepping away and walking through the living room to the kitchen.
In a few seconds a small chocolate cake was placed in front of her eyes. It wasn't too small but big enough for her. There was something written on the top and she realised it was a birthday wish.
Birthday.
It was her birthday today.
"Kahan se order kiya ye?" Riddhima asked, still looking down at the cake.
"Excuse me? Tumhare pati ne khud apne hathon se banayi hai ye cake. Sirf tumhare liye," Vansh replied.
"Khane layak toh bani hai na?"
"Tumhe doubt hai mujhpe?"
"Aap pe nahi. But aapke cooking skill kabhi try nahi ki."
"Try karo. I promise tumhe pasand aayegi."
Riddhima looked doubtful but still she took a bite of the cake. And it was amazing. She couldn't help herself but dig in for more. And in just a few moments, half of the cake was gone.
Vansh laughed lightly as he said, "Itna pasand aaya?"
"Haan. Bahut. Mujhe bhi aur…" she stopped speaking as her free hand caressed her belly.
Vansh looked down at her hands and was really happy once again when he remembered the surprise she gave him just a few moments ago.
He looked up at her only to find her lips smeared in cream. With a small shake of head, he pulled out some tissues and wiped his lips and once again watched as she continued eating the cake.
When she was done, she put away the remaining cake and looked up at him. "Khane ki sochna bhi mat. Yeh sab bhi main hi khatam karungi."
Vansh laughed once again. Riddhima looked at his laugh and felt the contagious virus attacking her as she also laughed with him.
"Ek dance ho jaye, Mrs. Riddhima Vansh RaiSinghania?" Vansh asked, out of the blue while Riddhima was still laughing. She controlled herself and nodded before grabbing his hand that was extended towards her.
Janam janam janam saath chalna yunhi
Kasam tumhe kasam aake milna yahin
Ek jaan hai bhale do badan ho judaa
Meri hoke humesha hi rehna
Kabhi na kehna alvida
