13 years? My God, that's a long time which means when he kept saying he was feeling low, he wanted them to help him out and seek treatment. It's good that he told people around him how he felt and didn't keep it all in.

Rhea is probably the only one who was patient enough to get him help.

Damn, it's sad. Wished people would be more attentive and empathic towards a family member suffering from mental illness instead of thinking they are going through a phase. Mental illness should be taken seriously!

DR SUZANNE WALKER'S CONCLUSION AFTER THE FIRST SESSION

Dr Suzanne Qalker detailed her conclusions from the first meeting: “In this session, I came to the following conclusions: His anxiety had increased since the last 10 days and it would not reduce even after taking medicine. Taking a scale of 1 to 10 for anxiety, his mental condition had reached 9.

“His anxiety had increased a lot in 2013-14. When he was young, he had taken Aderol medicine, twice every week to increase his concentration, as a treatment of ADHD. He was very shy. Hence, his peers used to tease him. When he was 15 -16 years old, his mother had passed away due to panic attack. According to what he told me, he was very close to his mother. After her death, he was close to his sister, but I found him not close to his father. Mr Sushant Singh discussed about space, astronomy and physics.

“His speech and behaviour were completely irrelevant and very fast. On that, I was sure that Sushant Singh Rajput is suffering from bipolar disorder.”

Dr Suzanne Walker in her statement further stated that she learnt Sushant Singh Rajput is suffering from this disease for the past 20 years. Sushant Singh Rajput himself told Dr Walker that he suffered from the symptoms at a very young age. Similar symptoms were experienced in the years 2013 and 2014. Every time, the severity of symptoms kept increasing.

During Sonchidiya promotions when that Renil guy called him schizophrenic as a joke, Bhomi said he has two personalities. Something can be noticed from a person's behavior, one doesn't need to be a doctor to guess something was off.

I'm with you 100%. Dont want to comment on the family but I was deeply disturbed by the media coverage around mental health. I am not saying that everyone who goes through mild depression or anxiety is clinically depressed or suicidal but they made a JOKE out of this! "SSR could not be depressed!! Look at him in this pic, he's smiling!!"

Ankita also doubled down on this. Maybe let's say he chose not to share his mental health struggles with her, why did she not believe that 5 long years after they separated he COULD have potentially have had it?

As I have said before, I have seen many of my loved ones go through severe mental health disorders and they are normal people like you or me who put on a fake smile and go out and face the world- you would never know it just by looking at them!

In our country we would rather send someone to jail rather than admit our loved one was battling mental illness!

So horrible! How can people accept the presence of cancer and diabetes in the body but not a mental disorder in the mind?

These news channels, journalists, SSR's so-called friends and a blind ex, and Kangana has made a mockery out of depression!

These people even made fun of Deepika! Imagine, she was trying to remove the stigma around this illness and all she got in return was these people making fun of her on national television!

Actually I noticed something was off with SSR. During Raabta promotions, he was extremely agitated. You can see his mind working fast and he was trying to find words to say what he was thinking as quickly as possible.
