Whats worse is the sinus toothache and earache

Couldnt sleep for past two days well

In the end had to take a painkiller😭

Try to keep elevated Pillow and sleep , it helps to sleep better ..

For earache, use cotton ball to ensure closed ears during night while you sleep , or else the pain will get worse .

Tootheache will only go away when Sinus leaves I guess , so hope it gets better soon .
