Reasons for you all to watch the show

I want to ask all of you the reasons of watching the second season of this show.

Is it related to the nostalgia of the previous season or something else?

Please share your opinions and expectations from the second season of the show😊

I have reasons NOT to watch the show(no offence):

1. Although it has nostalgia associated with it, but most of us remember Saathiya as the beginning time of the show, and the way they ruined the show later ruined the memories

2.Expectations never met: We usually tend to expect certain storylines from the makers and the viewers of season one know that it’s a big mistake

3. This one may also be only about saas bahu relationship and there would be no ‘saathiya’ literally in it

Ofcourse nostalgia is there as i followed Saathiya from its very first day though left in the middle but then followed till the end. But this time there is a reason behind watching the new season. I am curious to know the new plot, who are gonna be the new leads etc etc.

[Previously i wasnt excited but when i saw Rashmi Sharma's new show Lockdown, i got extremely impressed by the show and now i am budding several expectations for SNS 2 also. Glad to see her show's way of exceution and perception both had changed now]

My expectations : (1) Well educated, modern and career oriented female lead (2) Shrewd and sweet male lead (3) Modern family backgrounds (4) Light hearted storyline with relatability (5) Romantic storyline (5) Either No MIL or supporting MIL (6) Pleasing bgms (7) Eye pleasing cinematography.

That is unlikely to happen Saathiya for me was boring until Gaura came on lol I think people like the over dramatic scenes which TRP went so high. Examples

Rashi Villan was really minor she was never extreme then later on Radha came and it began to be overdramatic. Few reason why TRP went up.

Radha Torturing Modi Bhavan

Gopi killing Radha

Dharam marrying her sister Father in law.

Gaura Torturing Modi Bhavan and Kokila

Kokila getting beaten, dragged on the floor, dancing on glass and kidnapped.

Gopi getting shot, stabbed, fell from a building, tortured in Jail many times shot again by her sautan. Stabbed by her own mother.

Guara returned again. Vidya and Meera fight.

Show is regressive but it works which made Saathiya go over the roof. Kahani Ghar Ghar ki and Kyunki Saas are like the same family with Saathiya. Saathiya 2 will go simple at first then go wild just watch lol

That is unlikely to happen ? Fine ! If by any chance Saathiya 2 become a burden for audience and the show goes high voltage OTT and wild according to you then nowadays people have MUCH MUCH BETTER options to watch rather than these MASALA DRAMAS. Also there's no guarantee that second will also follow the footsteps of first season after getting highly trolled. The second season has been planned in the lockdown phase and till now whichever show has been planned in lockdown had came out really well. Content shows had already started working on Tv. Saathiya 2 better be a good content or it will see its fate because with time audience mindset changed quite a lot otherwise the nonsense Kzk makers are showing in their show would made them trp topper !! 😵🤣

My reason is...to check whether Vishal will re-enter the show or not. If he is there, then I’ll watch it. Content quality isn’t my expectation

The dramatic scenes I like

I will watch Saath Nibhaana Saathiya Season 2 because I want to see if it will have the same warm atmosphere and charm that was there in the previous season. I want to see if it will be progressive and innovative or regressive and cliched. And I certainly don't expect to see any of the old star cast from Saath Nibhaana Season 1 in the second season.

Even in season one I really never watched Modi house dramas. I am one of that much hated fan group, the Dheera lovers😊. Not going to watch MIL and DIL live story again

Same here. I always preferred Gaura and Meera to Koki/Gopi. And will only watch season 2 if Suryavanshis are there. Otherwise can’t be bothered .. Dharam and Meera’s romance upset a lo of the puritans and sanskaris but did gave TRPs. That track was meant to be for 6 months only but they kept it till the end because of their popularity
