BW and Politicians are under the radar. No wonder such a blatant cover up is happening coupled with some never seen bfr tactics. They are all panicking! Anyway, the damage is done so no amount of image protection or cleaning will help. I personally don’t feel like watching their faces anymore.

TADA was present in India between 1985 to 1995. In that act, one could arrest a criminal suspect (mainly related to terrorism) and deny them bail and keep them for months. Sanjay Dutt was arrested under TADA (or else, he could have got bail in minutes). May be because of abuse of power or pressure from human rights activists, that was removed. I wish that law was present and they could arrest Rhea and Co under it. One could have got the entire information.

Now, powers of the police are restricted. They know, moments within they arrest her, she will get bail. That's what has made her strong, underworld stronger. But if at all government reintroduces that law (I don't think it dares to), it will be called draconian.

Sometimes such acts are necessary evil to maintain law and order. At least for high profile cases, where government can prove that criminals have power to influence administration and judiciary.

Criminals are always powerful. Their lawyers know every loophole in law that is beneficial to their client. Just imagine, Salman was arrested for two months after accident and given treatment, would he have accepted his guilt or not? On his own, he could have acknowledged out of fear. But he was enabled by his lawyer. Now Rhea too.

I liked what he said and it's so true. We will never be able to see the Bollywood stars in the same light as before. Sab dikhawa hai. It's time they fall flat on their faces.
