people here on the forum and Bollywood keep blabbering about mental health, but they don't even know the difference between Psychiatrist, Psychothrapist, Psychologist.

I'm not buying the hogwash like depression, bipolarity or SSR being druggie..

He was either being coerced by the Bollywood Mafia or/and Maharastra Government to be as per Rhea's beck and call, which he had complied out of fear or there was something unpalatable about SSR himself that Rhea had proof of and something she used to blackmail him with.

That is why i'm mentally prepared for things that might unravel in due course of investigation which might not be in favor of SSR.

What will be the use of arrest right now, if she gets bail before CBI gets to do more hardcore questioning??

Let's be honest, according to what is available in media right now, none of this proofs sums up for non-bailable warrant.

Yes she was asking for drugs according to chats, but those were not hard one but it was CBD and Blueberry Kush (which is easily available in some countries), MDMA was from 2017. This not enough for non-bailable warrant.

Chat mentions giving some tang to SSR, again here only 2 different meanings of tang came out. So Manshinde can easily twist round the words and come up with much more meanings. So this also can't guarantee non-bailable warrant.

Regarding inconsistencies in her statements, I don't think non-bailable warrants are issue in this as well.

Non- bailable warrants are issued incase of

(A) proclaimed offender

(B) if the accused is trying to abscond

And for Custodial interrogation, Officers have to issue warning before asking any question and accused has every right to stay silent in it

None of media sources had any clue on ED findings, they were shooting arrows in the dark. ED brought out more severe charges on her.

So let's wait for CBI's chargesheet before loosing hope, who knows what CBI will put out on that.

First of all it should be Confirmed was she really the one who gave me the medicines or the Family was lied.

First it was all about Kesri Chavda now so many Ppl r coming out. And How can Someone in one or two setting prescribe so powerful medicines including 'bipolar' ?
