As there was no update done yesterday, 28th March, let me do a recap and then I will continue with today's update, March 29. Thanks to Magnificant for posting the videos so prompt👏
Recap: March 28
This time all the 12 families were present. They called 2 families at one time. Sharad explains that this is the first elimination and that public votes are in. The final decision on which family is voted out lies with the judges who will decide amongst the bottom 2.
They group 2 families who open the envelopes and reveal if they are Safe or in Khatra (danger zone). Clips of their past performances are shown. The families who are in the safe zone get to perform and are again judged according to the ladder system.
Families in the Safe Zone and their Marks after performance:
1. Balke Family from Indore: 9 Points after performance
2. Patel Family from Ahmadabad: 8 Points
3. Roy Family from Kolkata: 7 Points
4. Jain Family from Gaziabaad: 9 Points
5. Neema Family from Indore: 8 Points

Families in the Danger Zone:
1. Gupta Family from Delhi: Bottom 2

The judges and the two families in the Bottom 2, Gupta Family and Joshi Family are called back on the stage. The decision is made to eliminate the Joshi Family by the judges. Kajol had remarked earlier that the Joshi Family got less votes by the public for Mr. Joshi demeaning his wife so much in public.

Update Saturday March 29:
Sharad explains that today 5 families who were in the Danger Zone, Katre, will perform. The 6th family, Joshi family, left yesterday.
Today's guest is Tanisha, Kajol's sister. She has come to promote the film Ek Do Tin or 1 2 3 as she could not make it last week.
1st performance is by the Rathod Family from Indore. They do the Cash song. Judges are impressed by the dadi and also the performance. Dadi explains that last week they could not perform up to the mark as her son had an accident.
Dadi and the wife climb to Step 7. All the three judges give them 8 marks so they get 8 points. Family makes a vote appeal.
Mauli jokes with Sharad singing Dub Ja Mere Pyar Mei😆 He is trying to get her off his back when she says its the next family who are going to sing that gana😆 Looks like the bhaag still has an effect on her.
Second is Saxena Family from Jaipur doing Dub Ja Mere Pyar Mei. Its quite good!
Kajol: It was a very nice dance.
Ajay: It was good
Tanuja: Very nice performance, esp. the Dadi
Tanisha: Loved their outfits
Dadi does Michael Jackson impression👏👏
The little girl steps on Step 8. Ajay asks the little boy to join his sister and climb to Step 9. Tanuja and Kajol are in agreement with 9 points so the family get 9 points.
The Saxena family make a vote appeal.
3rd is Ubale family from Pune: They dance to Dekha jo tuje yaar. Its a jogging and beach theme. They get a Once More claps.
Kajol: Bhalo😃 but that they had a bit coordination problem in the middle.
Tanisha enjoyed the father's performance and asked him if he had acted in movies. He said he used to have a stand selling things to pay for his education and he was a fan of a couple of stars whose names I didnot get. The two kids go to the judges to get their ashirwad.
They them climb to Step 8. Ajay agrees with 8 points. Tanuja tells them to go one step up to 9. Tanuja agrees with 8 so the Ubale family get 8 points. Ubale family then makes a vote appeal.
4th is Gupta Family from Delhi. They do a no. you are my mindblowing Mahiya........ The judges are impressed and praise the family for their efforts.
Ajay tells the father that last time the son complained that he didnot participate much in rehearsals thus the gana and that they all did superb today.
Tanuja says it was a huge improvement in just a day when they were in the bottom 2 yesterday.
Kajol said she was so happy to see the smile on their faces.
The father and son climb to Step 7. Ajay tells them to climb one step more to 8. Tanuja agrees with 8. Kajol tells them they have done a huge leap and agrees with 8 points. So the Gupta family get 8 points.
5th is Kapoor Family from Jaipur who danced to Mauja hi Mauja.
Ajay: It was good performance esp. by the kids
Tanuja: Enthusiastic performance, esp. by the kids. There were few glitches.
Kajol: Really impressed by Yukti.
The little kid climbs to Step 7. Tanuja agrees with 7. Ajay tells the kid to climb one step to 8. Kajol agrees with 8 so the Kapoor family get 8 points.
Sharad calls the Kapoor Family from Jaipur and the Ubale Family from Pune on the stage.
It is revealed that Deepak, the oldest son of the Kapoor family is not really their son but he is the nephew of Mr. Kapoor who has treated him like a son, got him married etd.
As for Ubale family, it is revealed that the mom is really not a mom but sister who has taken mother's place.
Discussion ensues. Ajay tells the two families that they should have revealed this information before the show began. Judges agree this was dishonest as it broke Zee's rule. It also appears that these two families only came to do the explanation after it was found out.
They ask the audience and other participants who say that indeed a rule was broken. There were other families who had auditioned and waiting to participate.
