Abetment to suicide is indeed a real possibility. The only thing is not to start a witch hunt until the investigation conclusively states it is. No one will support her if for sure she has emotionally abused Sushant of course.

Many people are saying she has no right to defend herself or raise questions to the family, when did we become judge, jury and in this case straight executioner. This isn’t right either. What if she didn’t do anything and is vilified, her entire life is destroyed for something she didn’t do.

Excuse you. There is a reason why this law is almost never used. These are lots of foolish laws on the book that nobody ever gets charged with.

In India, there is even a law against adultery. How many people do you see getting charged with it and thrown into jail for it?

Sushant's family have a powerful political backing in Bihar. Thats one of the reasons they wanted their police to arrest Rhea and bring her back there. That's the reason why Rhea didn't want a trial to happen in Bihar because they all know these people will beat the crap out of her and forcefully make her confess.
